^The music is for popular rides/ rides that can handle music without having to worry about it distracting employees and guests. (Calypso can handle it) There is no need to put it on Mean Streak or Blue Streak. The intervals on the ride are set so people don't complain about waiting to long. Matterhorn and Troika have the problem get really long lines due to the slow loading process and seat belts.
Pepsi Refresh is saving one coaster at a time: http://pep.si/bTTsfc
i was referring to the queue lines... not the rides itself. The music could just be off the main park sound system.

Yeah I agree about removing some queues for Mean Streak. Even On their busy days they still don't fill the queue all the way for Mean Streak. I'm sure when Demon Drop was removed, they probably took some of those queue rails and added them to Shoot the Rapids queue. They should do the same for Mean Streak's queue. Remove like a whole section now, that way you can store them until the new 2011 coaster or ride is put in.
They are already there. Why spend money to take something out? Its not hurting anything if they are left there.

Well the look of the area is still important. Grass and trees and landscaping look a lot better then concrete and metal pipes.

Didn't you hear? They are trying to remove all of the park's trees! Look here: http://pointbuzz.com/Forums/Thread/25223.aspx :)
Obviously they aren't getting rid of the railing!
Let's Get Weird.
I would really like to have a nice dark ride,Flying Scooters, or a Vekoma Flying Dutchman.
playstation gamer tag. connorwatmont. add me
From my point of view in 2011: They should:
1. Get maxair some shades over that line, I wear sunglasses and I still have to squint my eyes.
2. Make wind seeker's que line longer with permanent rails
3. Update some of the music played in the midways, and play something besides "brown eyed girl" if I hear it again I will go crazy.....
4. plant larger trees around Shoot the rapids. You could buy bigger trees and plant them, they dont always have to be tiny shrubs when you put in a new ride....
5. Have signs throughout the park telling guests what rides are open or closed that day.
6. Then there's that beige building in the front of the park............:)
A dive machine would be cool. Something along the lines of Griffon - just please not red or yellow LOL!
I think they need another ride that starts with an 'M'. They don't have nearly enough of those...

I still really want a floorless coaster
I'm with you 100% on that! Take out Disaster Transport and put a decent size floorless in it's place.
I would like to see them replace Mean Streak with another better designed, better maintained (overall better) wooden coaster.
I really want a repeater rifle that shoots BBs and has a compass thingy in the stock, but I'll settle for the removal of DT and the Stadium as they re-theme that area to that of a Boardwalk remininicient of the old CP.
In the SNL News format....
Realistically, we need the quality of all the park services to = that of the price paid. This includes food, lodging, attractions, and guest services.
Realistically, we need to identify how having three CF waterparks (KI, CP, & what is left of GL) makes business sense.
Realistically, we need to identify what CF wants to be the leader in. Six Flags = Thrill Rides, Disney = Character Interaction, Regional Parks = Carnival experience. On year CP is the Amazement Park, the next it's America's Roller Coast, then it's the Fun & Only - there isn't much focus on a single core value that keeps me wanting to return.
Perhaps it's best said by Walt himself...
“Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world.” - Walt Disney
So realistically, I am not so concerned on a single park, ride, or area. But what the master goal actually is for the entire operation. Unfortunately, the demise of many a park has been due to too much focus on the short term, and not enough on the ultimate destination.
Shawn Meyer i'm definitely with you, I was thinking around the same thing because that could be a perfect area
I WILL ALWAYS KICK THE SKY.
Simple.
No expansion for a couple years.
Reroute all those dollars, and fix everything that is broken.
Millennium lift hill lighting, ride themeing repairs, just general maintenance that had been ignored.
More trees on the midways.
Better food.
Done.
