Maybe, but 10 gallon hats don't hold anywhere NEAR 10 gallons of water. ;)

Besides that, I still don't think water will be involved in *that* way. Going over water, sure. Ride-ops drinking water, yup. Getting wet on the ride, nah.

NO, the 10 gallon hat thing has NOTHING to do with water!!! ITs a common expression and is used a lot by everybody, it because tony and tyler used it that doesnt mean that this ride has anything to do with water.

Okay, coasterguy77, calm down. I just picked up on it, and thought it was a little interesting considering some of the speculation a water coaster of some sort has gotten. I'm just pointing it out, I'm not sitting here going "OMG! Gallon=water and that must mean we're getting an Aquatrax!!?! OMG!"

People jumping all over others whenever they mention something is one reason I've tried to stay out of these threads as much as possible.

Maybe where they were digging could be a new pond area for underneath part of Project 2007. Another thing could be possible is they may have to drain a lot of water out of the swan pond. I doubt that but who knows.

It will not be an Aquatrax. An Aquatrax would involve a whole heck of a lot of themeing around a tightly winding rollercoaster, which the layout and the surrounding area don't have. All we know for certain right now is that it will have a somewhat Western theme and that the track will be red. That's about it.

Lets just wait untill the announcement, if we keep argueing and saying that its not something. another war will start, most likely between the Natives and the Noobes

We know that the supports are tan, and its an Intamin! :p

And that we don't know much besides that! :)

1.suspended catapult coaster
2.suspended looping coaster
3.the most likeable aquatrax
4.suspended spliting coaster
or it could be a intamin versin of dollywoods mine drop ride

10 gallon hats have big rims that flare outward. So I'm thinking a lot of embankments, with speeds from 60-72 mph. Not that speed has anything to do with a 10 gallon hat. I felt like pitching my 2 cents in.

Being curious as everyone else is here, I have been interested in trying to figure out what CP is hiding from us. I found this web site that shows a design plan for a 400+ Intamin coaster that was supposed to be built at Heide Park in Germany a few years back. Could CP have used/modified this plan? From researching and reading, it was supposed to be modeled after MF and have records for longest track, length of ride, speed, and height for its type. Here is the link to the picture...

The new coaster will not be a 400 ft version of MF. CP is not exactly "hiding" anything from us, what makes you believe that? Wait a few weeks for the announcement. :

Babycakes239, that website is pretty cool in general. I've come across it a couple ot times... but I don't think a modified version of that will be what we're getting.

With respect to the Tera plans mentioned above, the real world isn't roller coaster tycoon. They couldnt just alter this and move that and suddenly have a coaster.
