Very nicely done, BGRooDoG (by the way, your screen name hurts my fingers ;) ).
One question, and maybe it's been answered previously. If so, I'm too lazy to scroll through the 46 pages of this thread to find out. If we park at Soak City, how do we get the stuff to the picnic pavilion? Here are the options I've thought of:
(1) Drop the stuff off at the beginning of the morning, then drive around to Soak City.
(2) Before 2:00, drive from Soak City parking lot to the main lot, then bring food to the pavilion in time for the meal.
(3) Secretly pass the food through the park, from the SC lot to the front, by disguising it as infant formula or insulin.
(4) Use previously stated methods to bypass the park (i.e., snorkeling, cornholing, etc.)
I thought of other ideas, including ones involving a trebuchet, a highly motivated tribe of groundhogs, or a macro-scale quantum state splitter. None of them seemed particularly practical, or even very pleasant.
My author website: mgrantroberts.com.
That is a good question. Last year when I brought the dogs, I just stuffed them in a cooler and brought them up from the car. However, many won't be at the main parking lot.
So I'd say either drop them off in the morning when you first get there, thats what many people did last year for the party and it worked out just fine. Cedar Point has a pretty awesome atmosphere as we all know, which is one of the reasons we love to go, and many people leave their food sitting in the picnic areas.
Other option like you said Ensign, would be to drive your cars around to the main lot which would probably work out too. Choice it up to yall.
I'll be faced with the same obstacle, so guess I'll figure that out when I get there.
