Hasn't anyone seen the screaming squirrels that S&S has?
But nice job with the calculations there, j2k95.
Who said it would have to be an 80 ft loop?
I've seen smaller.
...105.956 miles of track and counting...
Yes I have seen the screaming squirrels. And I hear they are very painfull! Also the speed on those is somewhat controlled. I was using 80 feet because of the train. When you attach cars together on a full size coaster, The ability to traverse curves is a little bit different than a single car because of the bogies being spaced out more. Also, you need about an 8 foot clearance between the track and the ground.

Holiday Inn Express, my dear friend. Actors!

The S:UF at Great Adventure has the most G's I think I've experienced on that loop. You're on your back and the forces are just WICKED intense. Mantis has some high G forces too (or maybe its just the duration), but wow, that curve really does it to ya.
Those are pretty wicked. I've been told that Tatsu at SFMM delivers even more of an ass-kicking. It'd be nice to be able to try it out before the place gets paved.
Am i happy about SFMM getting demolished? i mean CP will have no other coaster competition besides SFGA which only has 13.

Yes, Six Flags has decided that SFMM coasted too much $ to keep operating so they are going stripmine it along with other SF parks.

actually...black out on a roller coaster is the lack of blood flow to the head, caused by g-forces forcing the blood to your feet...I believe the extreme forces pushing your blood to your head in this case would be classified as a red out...You can recover from a black out in due time, red outs are definitely more dangerous, sometimes resulting in strokes... :(
Don't believe me?

You are 100% correct. Humans are built with gravity in the mind of whoever your creator is/was. Roller coasters cannot have much negative G's because of the 'red out' effect. Commonly I believe you will burst blood vessels in your eyes, get bloody noses, and easily have a stroke.
