Were going in a whole new direction idea

The only time water will be involved is when its raining. :)

How about the idea that it could be Backwards and Forwards facing trains. Alot like the idea of Skyhawk where seats are back to back in each train. Would allow for a neat look at the face of the person sitting across from you as they are screaming their head off.

Your forgot about the spew washings that happen occasionally. Really though I hope water is not involved unless its a mist.

Mist IS water...in which case my prediction from months ago would be correct. :)

What is a switch back track?

Let's Get Weird.

it basically goes a whole route, then goes up an incline, then comes backwards through the ride again..

I'm curious myself. I seen the show on Travel Channel that showed Everest. I think that if CP was doing any hardcore scenery we would have seen some kind of base poured when the footers were poured.

yea..but the switchback wouldnt be a bad idea, just killer on wait times...

I ran across a picture on another website that shows some weirdo red track piece which I can't tell what its for. It is a grid of sorts. So, I guess it might not be track, but it IS red. So, who knows. Keep in mind, if you see a "switchback" piece of track, that very well could be for the station and storage track. Take a look at some MF pics for an example.

Halltd is there a link you can show me of the switchback piece of track? Also I wanted to comment on someone saying they would use the WWL station as a queue house. This idea would work, but the only thing is they still for some reason have the concrete of where the boats used to turn and then starts it route. They would have to take that concrete out for this to work. Plus I think they will re-use that empty queue that used to be for White Water Landing that still has the queue bars up for.

The weird piece of track for Project 2007 isn't a switchback, its just weird. Its not even track, its just red. I was referring to CoasterXtreme though. I thought his "informant" may have seen switchback track. But, that shape of track can be used for any number of things, including the storage track for a ride. When I get home from work, I'll see if I can round up the picture of MF's track though. Its in one of the station pics in the gallery here though.
