Is anyone getting the ground web cam to work?

Nope, the ground cam has been down for a few hours.

that must be tough that high up, I also noticed that they are taking the catwalk up in two sections. I thought maybe their was to much wind to lift that much up, those have to be heavy. I do not know anything about crane operation but that is my best guess. I am surprised they are still working (despite the snow) in the past they stopped working right away when it started raining or snowing. I am pretty sure they have several dead lines that they have to meet, they might have to have a certain peice erected by a certain date. and maybe they fell behind schedule so they are working through the snow.

The concrete truck is back.... Could the truck possibly be heading towards that wall to some sort of work over ther.

there is another concrete truck on the midway near the power tower gift shop

Is it just me or are the cranes even taller now? Hhhmm

I check the cam and it looks like the crane is back in action putting on more track!

actually there done the cranes are going down

I think both of the cranes are taller, it is hard to tell though

As you can see by the webcam that this looks like it will come to a point on the last section that is goin up, My theory is that at the point ther will be supports branching off once again at the point and going up to the top that will be above the point. This is just my thoughts, I didnt see if anyone else posted this, pardon me if i did. Anyone else think so?

I think you mean excited about the ride. Highly excited. So does anyone have a current height of the track right now? I have nothing to compare the ride to so I'm a little confused about the height.

Yeah, I agree with fat chris. I think that once the tower ends, some supports will branch off to support the bottom of the track.

I think that this is were the top support will go (like said by so many other ppl) then it will proceed to go 30ft?? higher or so

Maybe I'm seeing things, as the web cams are hard to see details.

But I was looking at the power tower cam, wondering where all the sections of launch track went. At first I thought they were just covered in snow. But I think they've installed a few sections of launch track. The white blends in, but there's one red setion which kind of sticks out. Maybe I am seeing things, but that's what it looks like.

It does kind of look like a few are in place on the footers not just on the side. I am seeing this about halfway down the launch or so. Is this where you were seeing them??

Yeah that's where I'm seeing. And now that the lights getting better I think I see 3 red sections and 3 white sections. The white sections are hard to see though.

Cedar Point looks awesome with snow on it! I just checked the cams for the first time in like 2 weeks and I might put that shot from Power Tower as my desktop! Forget #16, the whole park just looks great!
