Also from what I could tell regarding queues…
Main entrance on Midway.
Go left will be standby - it will go towards Valravyn with a few queue lines and then does a hard right and wraps back toward entrance under the middle of the ride and then a hard left again and heads toward the station. Think kind of a Z shape.
Go right I’m guessing is fast lane it goes up along bathroom side of ride, cross the tunnel and meets at the station.
Exit lane nearest Valravyn.

Wonder if they'd open it with just one train while the other is still being commissioned.
I would imagine this would require another inspection of the ride once the second train is added, since they would not have fully validated the blocking with one train.
So I agree with you that the second train being wrapped 9 days out of CM is a significant nail in the coffin.

Is June 15 at all realistic? Some local people on social media insisted that the person they talked to(not regular dip n dots guy) said Coastermania was still the goal as of last week.
But I know goals and reality can be different. it seems like they’d have to be working around the clock on it
I've always been amazed at the amount of ground level work they can accomplish, often going from a completely decimated, seemingly uninhabitable landscape to guest-ready in a few short days.
But the second train is, or was until very recently, in pieces and still wrapped in plastic. I'm not saying it's never happened, but I can't recall the park receiving/unpacking a train and then 2-3 weeks later opening the ride to the public. And it certainly doesn't help their progress that the park is now open for daily operation.
The safe bet is to assume it'll open when the park says it'll open: "early summer." And summer doesn't start until June 20th, and is ~93 days long, so...

The walkway over the tunnel has taken shape as has the water feature liner that will surround the tunnel.
It will also wrap around on this side but they are still working on the cistern and piping to carry away any water that makes it into the tunnel. The large crane that was in this are on Tuesday has been removed, they are also running the piping for the ponds.
This is more of a garden style pond that is only a few feet deep but it is large and should look great once they get it completed. It does wrap around the back side of the tunnel area but it is hard to get a picture of it.
The wrapped up second train has been removed from the lot. Strange thing is I don’t see it on the ride. Interestingly enough I can’t see either train this morning. Maybe they hide in the tunnel at night.
I believe the goal was indeed to have this open for Coastermania and while that might be possible it will take somewhat of a miracle to allow that to happen. The site work could be completed by then, sure they have some more concrete to pour and finish up the landscaping but that realistically could be done. I think the biggest issue as already noted is the progress on the trains and ride itself.
The area next to the road looks like it will just be the ground sloped down into the water with the liner covered by the river rocks. It should be the same as what you can see where they have the liner covered.
i was wondering about the trains being in a building but couldn’t figure out the track layout. I’ll take another stroll over there before I leave today but rumor is they should be testing both trains today. We’ll see how accurate that is.
There is a definite opportunity to chill the tall boys in this new pond. It will definitely keep them cooler than the bushes. The proximity to the perimeter road fence is ideal, i can just drive by with my jeep top off, and toss the tall boys into the pond. I can retrieve the beers from the new bridge over the pond in the Siren's Curse queue line. I'll need some kind of buoy attached to the cans so I can easily grab them. After the beers are obtained from the pond, I'll just exit the line and act like I was too freaked out to ride Siren's Curse. BAM, saved myself $100.
Sit tight fellas ;) Whoop, Whoop Juggalos!
Great pictures, they definitely help fill in the gaps that I could not see from the ground. Especially the first one as I was on the sidewalk where the parked vehicles are looking into the construction site from grade.
An update to my visit yesterday is that the rumors I heard were in fact, not true as I did not see any trains testing prior to leaving for the day. However, I did notice on my way out that a lot of lumber had been delivered to the site and they were working on a wooden structure just outside the station. Might be another small building you walk through in the queue or perhaps a shade structure, it was just posts and a few beams at the time so I am not sure what it will be.
Initially that’s what I thought but it was all larger dimensional treated lumber. Several stacks of 6x6x12’s which could be used for larger fencing but there were also quite a few 2x10’s possibly even 12’s with other larger pieces. No doubt it could be a fence but who, or what are they trying to keep out?
They were also adding some finishing touches on the station to make the windows look boarded up. For Cedar Point this is already top tier theming, I’m actually looking forward to seeing this finished queue. Especially at night as there is a lot of lighting installed in the area.
I enjoy the guessing game as well, almost like a puzzle that I try to figure out how things will be when completed. I think it was week or 2 ago when I thought all the columns that were painted with the green highlights would be in / near the water. Your pictures show that very well. If I got that one correct my prediction record now stands at 2 out of 367!

I was more talking about opening the ride before some of the features are there (like the water, exit shop etc
From what I have seen the past week or 2 the ride itself is what will determine the opening date. Progress around the site has been moving along at a good pace and I am certain they could wrap that up quickly if the ride was ready. The lack of large scale train after train testing with CP ride ops present tells me we’re at least a few weeks out.
