I don't mind a few chain restaurants, it gives us more choices. The frontier inn served pizza that you can buy in many other places in the park.

Where the panda express is going, you can buy the pulled pork sandwich at the red garter and I think lusty lills as well.

We are not losing anything by adding a few of these chains, I look at it as gaining more food options.

The tacos have always fit in well. Los gatos is a name that fits in with the western theme well.

The new 3 point challenge however, will stick out like a sore thumb. They should have moved it over about 400 feet , to the gemini midway.

Okay, How about introducing "cornholeing" like at GL?

Okay, Chains are OKAY as long as the park doesn't become overun with them.

Anybody give any though to swapping out Coaster's for a Sonic or an IN-N-OUT Burger?

OMG...I'd trade Woodstock Express for a Sonic anyday! Unfortunately, we don't have a Sonic up here in Michigan.

Heck i'd keep woodstock and swap out Jr. Gemini

I have always been pleased with the chains in the former Paramount owned parks. More food choices are fine. CP has too much quick serve with the same menus sub 1 or 2 items (ie; pulled pork sandwiches being one).

Well, when CP clains to have lobster rolls as good as the ones here in New England, I'd be just a WEE BIT skeptical.

I don't see how Pizza, Meatball Sandwiches and Salads are anymore western than Chicken Sandwiches and Chicken Strips. I don't think they are building a new building in place of Frontier Inn, just changing the inside. So nothing will look out of place. Of course, after saying that, watch the wrecking crew come in tomorrow.

I wonder what the panda express is going to look like. The building that it is going in does not scream chinese food.

Speaking of chains in the Paramount Parks... is Skyline Chili still at PKI? I love that stuff...

Crazy Horse - I would assume they will make some modifications to make it look more like an asian restaurant...

Yes, there is still skline chili at Kings island. Now that would be something cedarpoint should include in there food line-up.
