I have a similar emotional attachment to the maize and blue. 

BTW they're #4 in the rankings that truly matter, the BCS.  With a few breaks here and there, we could end up in the Rose Bowl playing for the national championship... Which is something that I wrote off when we lost to Washington (and what a fluke that was...:)).

Oh yeah, and I still like Sandblaster!

Not to continue off topic but if the track is yellow and blue there could be serious problems calling it Wolverine.  Marvel guards there character properties like hawk, attacking when any similarities occur.  Those colors match the colors of one of Wolverine's most popular costums.  I don't know if they would have a case, but with Marvel's working relationship with Universal, I am sure they would try.

I don't think I've expressed how cool it is that CP seems to have a strong relationship with Intamin.  Here's hopin' for more  Intamin AG classics at the Point beyond next year (and maybe some GCI/CCI wood for good measure...)!!!

Actually, Medusa at Great Adventure does indeed have yellow track, with purple supports. You may be thinking of the greenish-yellow OTSR's and trains?

I just heard from someone at coasterfourm.com that bright yellow intamin track has arrived at CP and is being held by DT!!!!

Like it's a big secret that's where the ride was going to go?  ;)

Yeah but who knew what color it was going to be or if it was going to be an impulse for sure.

Actuly I think that the ride will be a itiman flying impulse, Think about it.... 350-400 ft tall and some sort of new feature. the loading would be like airs loading it will incline then you will launch flying at about 100 mphs to 90mphs. That is just my guess.
