All I know is that I wouldn't like to launch backwards or go through the brake run forwards.  That would strain some necks.

I think face-off cars would be damn cool (though probably unrealistic).

On an unrelated note... why didn't you people warn me about RCT?  I just got it yesterday.. and... it's worse than crack.

Brandon and I were on an e-stop when the "safety zone" was broken.  It was very cool.  The train stopped on the straightaway towards the spiral.  We sat there for about 5 or 10 minutes and then they just slowly brought us back into the station.  Actually to think about it that was the last ride I had on SUE this year.

We're all pretty sure that CP's going to get the impulse, but I can't help but feel that Jeff is leaving something very substantial out of his hintings.  It could be some cool innovation for CP's impulse or maybe even another ride addition for 2002.  Either way, I'm thinking something else is up. 

He (Jeff) afterall did hint that CP would be building more than the impulse.  Whether that includes another ride, restaurant, or whatever we'll have to wait and see...:) 

Got a call from a friend who lives in Sandusky close to the point.  Yellow track has begun it's unload as I type this.

Looks like the same track MF is made out of.  Looks Intamin.

Also, looks like another large footer is going in next to the one that is already done.  This one is closer to the beach.

Another thing to consider.  Who says this thing the layout has got to be in a straight line, launch excluded.  Imagine an Intamin version of Mr Freeze, Speed, or The Chiller.

It depends what shade of yellow it is.  I'm cool with an Audi yellow (the yellow they use on Audi S4's and Volkswagen Gti's) Intamin pulse.  It's a bright yellow color with a slight orange tint to it.

It's pretty much the same yellow used on Talon at Dorney.  I'm sorry I don't know the exact color name but I'm a huge European car fan and thats the only thing I could think of.

The colors need to contrast nicely with the lake as a background.  That will be one of the most impressive placements of a rollercoaster in the country!  (Not that Magnum isn't just as impressive).

I'm going to love this ride no matter what it is now.  Why? Because it's yellow!!!   Also, I agree with the comment about it being a Intamin style of a Freeze or Chiller; Especially if all this is true about the other footer being placed closer to the beach beside the other large ones.  Couldn't this be a top hat?  Or I guess a second Tower?  I think an inverted Freeze would rock!

I like the idea of using a yellow color track, it is kind of a bright attention getting color
