A bronze statue of me perhaps?;)

I am surprised that Kinzel does not have a statue of himself yet.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.

There's a zombie matador version of himself on Wave Swinger at Knott's......I think that's plenty for him. :)

I did too! What's more thrilling than a bronze statue?! Nothing is!!:D

A bronze statue on a stick? Isn't everything better on a stick?

Can someone with a little Photoshop wizardry give us a mock-up of Tony and Tyler in bronze? I think they might appreciate it. :)

In no way would that fit.

For one, where would all the supports go? For two, I don't think the guests staying in hotel breakers would like a wooden coaster right next to there window.

If you eliminate the section on the midway, and the section near the hotel, then that would be more realistic.

Maybe he's thinking the lift hill would go along side the beach. If that was the case then I doubt that would disturb residents staying at Hotel Breakers. Plus people aren't going to care after 10 o'clock at night. That's when the park closes most of the time.

If they were going to put a coaster there for 2011 I think they would have started to remove the aquatic stadium by now.

Well being in the demo biz I think they would have plenty of time to take out the stadium after regular season. I would say it would take no more than a month. So if they where to demo it they would wait til halloweekends when they could haul it out threw the week while the park is closed. If they where to remove it,not saying they will.

I put monorail for the poll. Disney has one so why can't Cedar Point.

and i'm sure I'll be shot down for comparing Disney and Cedar Point so I apologize for that in advance.

Not shot down....more like...."persuaded" to think differently.;) I doubt it'd be a monorail (since it only fits the history clue from DK) cause it's not really a thrill ride as indicated.

In terms of the stadium and it's removal, the aquarium was demolished in June. But since the stadium actually has a running show, it's not as easy to do an early demo. I for one think there's still plenty of time to demo the stadium.....IF it is indeed on its way out. And if it is, I'd assume that we'll see more indication once All Wheels Extreme is finished for the season.

I definitely agree that it could be deconstructed quickly. A fairly large restaurant in my town was torn down in less than a month and that was by small town construction crews. I'm sure large scale construction companies could make much faster work of a project like this. So I'm not saying that this is what's happening..but I think it could definitely be done.

Oh and it's true that it doesn't fit the history thing but I didn't know about that until after I put that for the poll.

A new idea for OM. Could it fit by camp snoopy near paddle wheel and ttd tower? Might be a good place if they don't use demon drops place.

I think there is alot more space there then people think. Here is my idea of what could be used for a new 2011 coaster. The grayed out area in this pic includes ocean motion current site, the stadium, the section of WT's line that was removed, along with chaos and the surrounding area. This pic also includes Sir Rub a Dub's Tubs as area that could be used. I know its a long shot but it could have been a clue when Tony posted the POV of Rub a Dub's a while back. If not thats still a ton of available space. The beach entrance could be relocated a little north of its current location, or could simply go under the rides supports. The main midway between these two areas could be easily crossed by the new ride.

Just a thought IF we are getting a coaster in 2011

I think they move Giant wheel to the front of the park (DD's old space) and use the Coral Courtyard space. That gives you a fairly long space.

I can't see them moving the Giant Wheel. Number one, it seems like that is quite a undertaking after watching them move it for Millennium. Number two, if they did move the Giant Wheel and used that long strip of space, it would completely block Whicked Twister. Not only would a new coaster hide all of WT besides the top of the spikes, it would completely cover all of WT's entrance

They could move WT's entrance from the north spike to the south spike.

Or simply have the WT queue inside of 2011 ride--like TTD, MS, etc have their queues inside of them.

And at 215 feet tall, WT is not going to be hidden by a 90 foot woodie
