With the 1 Live Webcam shooting right at the MaXair all the time. Why is the Ride not working?

There’s no way all of that land is just for a stage. I think something else might go there as well.

All that land was just used for a stage.

I don't see why the new stage wouldn't use up the same footprint or close to it.

Also when I think of “stage” I think of something like the Bluegrass Stage. If there’s gonna be tons of seating then I would think either stadium or amphitheater (which would make more sense taking up all of that land). I still think replacing the stadium with something of the same concept though is kind of a waste. When inside the stadium, you had a great view of the beach. If they add stadium style seating to this new stage, hopefully it’s not just generic ugly bleachers in the middle of the midway.

Camera 1 blacked out for anybody else right now?

Also, beautiful view of Steel Vengeance on camera 3. I haven't seen a train go yet so it's hard to tell if it's frozen or maybe down/running slow. I haven't seen a bird or boat or anything to show me it's live.

I just saw SV running.

Yeah after refreshing a couple times Camera 1 is back to normal and I saw SV running as well.

I watched the main midway camera today at 9 to see the ERT rope drop. Maybe not surprisingly I only counted 6 people jogging down the midway. I suppose most go to the resort gate but I expected more.

The resort gate was packed a couple days ago. The GP is getting smart :)

I haven't seen SV run all morning, or Valravn or GK.

Might be the wind.

We just left the park on way home. It’s WINDY from the east 16-22mph.
One train SV. No GK, Valravn, raptor.

There are a LOT of busses. Many more than you can see in the front lot. FOX8 news helicopter is there and 3 anchors

Update: The wind is filling up the western basin of sandusky bay, the CP Marina, Store and Famous Dave’s are closed for the day.

Mine Ride seems stopped on the lift.

I think they’re going to be very cautious opening anything susceptible to wind, it’s forecast to stay about 20mph all day.

I feel bad for Those poor bus trip kids, there’s not going to be much to do for larger coasters.

NOAA has the area under a Lakeshore Flood Warning until 4AM Saturday.

Chausee and First St. Are closed now too.

This is why I doubt I'll ever visit the park in May for my first time. The crowds may be thinner but the clouds aren't. When's the best month for reliable consistent sunshine + low winds? It'd be nice to ride everything over a few days without heartbreak.
