When I'm there I'll operate the web cams for free !

If operation of the cams were to be given to non CP staff, I can only imagine where some individuals would focus them on. Precisely why they would never permit it. It could make for some hilarious/interesting viewing. Perhaps focus it on the Marina near Millenium Force to watch the activities there, I always see a couple of nice boats there, Seas the Day and Season Pass come to mind. ( I find boat & horse names interesting)
No. I would put camera 2 main midway wide showing GateKeeper and midway. Camera 1 would be on Valravn. Camera 3 would be changing from MF to Maverick to SV to TTD.

Any boats in the marina named after coasters?
Steel Vengeance wouldn't work for a fibreglass boat.
Haven't seen any named after coasters. Not sure if that would violate Cedar Point's trademark rights. I actually sent Tony our boat name's design to make sure we stayed clear of that. He was very happy to help.
My wife named our boat Ride On.

Dockholder-Cedar Point Marina
My dock neighbor, who is on the first dock next to the pier gate, named his boat Gatekeeper. I don't think he has the name on the stern yet, but he has a life ring with the name.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

Eugh. I reeeeally wish I could somehow flick off the bug hanging out right in the middle of Camera 1.

It's gone now. Either way, it looks like a nice day to be there. Crowds are lively but not too congested, and everything I can see on the cams looks to be running. Have fun, if you're there/going there today! :D

Very cool moment on camera 3 just now with Maverick cresting the lift hill just as MF was going over the first airtime hill. Can't wait to be there on Friday!
Just checked the webcams, the main parking lot appears to be absolutely filled. That doesn't surprise me as we left at 11:00am & the causeway was three lanes jammed all the way past McDonalds.
Also, I looked at the cam pointing at TTD and couldn't help but notice Witches Wheel smack in the middle of the screen spinning in it's glory.
To add onto the boats discussion, if I had my own sailboat I'd probably name it Windseeker 2.0. Because it actually works in wind. XD
