I'm guessing not employees, too many 'minivans'. Don't typically see minivans in the employee parking areas. Maybe a continuation of yesterday ? CP people transporters picking up 'participants' at main entrance.
Oh,wait. The 'BALL'

They've been pretty busy before actual season opening. Wednesday was media day,Friday was first riders charity day,Saturday was the 'Ball',today was employee day,Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday is Frontiertown Hoedown, what's going on Thursday,Friday is OSU day isn't it ?
Lot of 'practice' days for the employees to get ready for opening day in dealing with the public.

I think that is great. The more ‘rehearsals’ they get, the smoother Opening Day will go, in theory.
I still think some of the Opening Day hiccups are a result of a lack of available employees more than anything though. For as many Opening Sundays as I have done, this week will be my very first Opening Day. I have no expectations for the day other than to be happy to be back in the park and take it all in. And get at least a few rides in.
Here is a Cedar Point webcam I've never seen before. I'm sure others have but just in case you've missed this one here you go!
Good to see that view again, thanks. My saved webcam views (about 900 images going back to 2007) jpegs has those in/from 2012.
Added the site to my desktop as a shortcut.

Quite a large numbers of cars (and still arriving) in the parking lot for a limited 'only one ride' Frontiertown Hoedown'. I've seen that amount of cars during a season on a slow day. Weather is looking good, they should have a quite enjoyable and memorable evening. Kudos to Cedar Point.
Wonder how many of the participants there today already participated in Wednesdays' Media Day and Fridays' First Rider event ? Not jealous, just glad they might have had multiple pre-opening day rides. I'll get my rides in during the seasons' slow days.

That's... not how it works. Gas prices are up primarily because Saudi Arabia and Trump's BFF have worked together to cut production. Lower supply means higher prices.

^^ Yeah. Ford is cutting the passenger cars from their North American line because 90 percent of their customers here love their gas guzzling pickups and SUVs. Seriously, when I drive around I see more empty bedded pickup trucks than cars these days. We are still pretty backwards on alot of that stuff. Ford will still produce many different passenger cars in other markets.
