My first thought was that "roller coaster" probably meant White Water Landing, but who knows. I think DT would certainly be a canidate to be sold as well. Or maybe they really did mean to say Geauga Lake, since the possible removal of one of their rides has been talked about for a while now.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

Yay they're selling Dragster!
???? CP will NEVER sell TTD because it cost them too much money to build. If CP does sell they will sell something small, either Wildcat, DT, or corkscrew. All the other coasters are too big to move. Oh yeah Woodstock Express maybe, but I doubt it because it has to do with Camp Snoopy.
LMAO at that outburst...
A few possibilities for the DT plot of land are:
a mid-sized twister woodie completing the revitalization of that area of the park (possible)...or
the station for a 500 footer that runs out and back on the beach between Lake Erie and the parking lot (boo)...or
the Cedar Point Cyclone back at its original location! (pick me! pick me!)
I can dream, can't I?

Yeah, there is nostalgic value for many of us, I'm sure, for a lot of the rides... heck, even Jr. Gemini has a special place in my heart!
But, the fact of the matter is, CP does not have an infinite amount of land or money. I'm all for keeping every ride, but if selling one of the, um, "not-as-great" coasters gets them some extra room and some money at the same time, I say bring on the bulldozer!
Lets just hope they're not taking out DT in order to put in a humongous lemonade stand! ;)

I would think Wildcat would be a very likely candidate. It's easily transportable and would be affordable for a small park. And remember, Valleyfair! got rid of their version of the Wildcat (the original CP Wildcat) for a Wild Mouse. I can see CP putting in a new Wild Mouse or Spinning Mouse in the place of Wildcat.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
I agree that there is nostalgiac value with all the coasters. I would be sad to see any of them go even though I don't necessarily like all of them!
"And let's also not forget--let's not forget, Dude--that keeping wildlife, an amphibious rodent, for uh, domestic, you know, within the city--that isn't legal either. "
The El Paso reporter told me in an e-mail that he understands there is another Cedar Point (Fair) amusement park in the vicinity and that it might have been that one.
