CP coaster for sale?

Hmmm? Maybe. Locations don't quite add up, though, unless they cut out the employee corner of the lot (Holy Permanent Parking Ban, Batman!) and/or eliminate that backstage location behind the games pavillion.

I think a simpler answer is that DD gets low ridership, and it's time has come. So, if you want to ride it, get it in this season---November '05 is closer than you think!

There is a lot behind the games area. The games and merchandise offices/warehouse are back there along with Cash Control and some other things. I would question where those things would go if they are looking to do major expansion in that area of the park.

Now, perhaps a new ride COULD be built there with, what in effect would be a station where Demon Drop currently is and then extending out of the boundaries of the gates ala Maggie.

Well, now we know for sure whats happening. Not that I'm mad though, because I really didn't enjoy it that much. The skyline will be different though.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

Is there still a picnic pavillion outside the gates on the DD side? I haven't been over there in years. But, as we've learned with the elimination of the Soak City picnic area, such areas are definitely fair game.

Okay. Now I'm going "hmmm."

(Though given GL is dumping theirs too, the simple explanation may still be the right one.)

Since this discussion is probably about to grow, let's move it over here and keep it in one thread.
