Jay the Great, those pictures are legal. I took them from outside the fenced area.
Sorry Jason, that came out wrong. At the time I posted, there were no pictures up yet. I wanted to ask you for pictures, but before asking I wanted to make sure I was asking for legit pictures.
The last thing I wanted to do is imply that you were taking illegal pics; I just wanted to ensure that it didn't sound like I was asking for illegal pics.
Thanks for the pics!

I think it might be another Coaster. Doesnt S&S make coasters. I thought they started making them in 2002. Maybe Iam Wrong?

Neither would I. We're not swimming after all.:)lol
Anyway, If we were to get a coaster, I still believe we would be seeing alllllooootttt more shipped items (track, footer/site prep, etc). So yeah, dont hold your breath.

The one thing that will make people excited about this ride is you add theming to it. Maybe make it seem like your going to hit the next ride. That wood could be used for theming for the new swing.
Ok heres my 2 cents........I think that this says that we will defiently will be getting the screaming swing for 2006 with the parts arriving so early. The wood though? Maybe it is part of the screaming swing theming or maybe the early parts of the 2007 project. Hey I may be the only one but I would love to see a new quality wooden roller coaster at the point. Maybe they will make a dueling one like Lighting Racer at Hershey Park. That is defiently one of the best wooden roller coasters I have been on and maybe they won't break the tallest and fastest record but maybe the longest wooden coaster in the world. That may be why parts are arriving so early and they will start construction on it this winter after the removal of WWL. The wood may be soo dark because they don't want it to blend soo much with mean streak. But hey who knows?

Has anyone mentioned the possibility that the wood could be for "other" uses within the park - say - a new bathroom near Snake or possibly a new (relocated) Town Hall? This company, Adena Corp, doesn't have an apparent history with rides, so that leads me to believe that its for some sort of non-ride related building...or boardwalk.

Am I the only one who thinks that the shipping label is a photoshop? It looks like a smear paste operation.
1. The To: line is misaligned and doesn't contour to the paper.
2. The Cedar Point address line isn't aligned with the S & S line.
3. The whole boldness and the font being different looks weird.
Looks like a quick photoshop.
The wood is for CCMR there replacing the wood on it. In 07 were suppose to get some new stuff (500 ft and a ride) and its going in the WWL area. It might be dueling (flyers or 500) well see next year. S&S Swings this year and wood for CCMR.
Bring back Boblo!
so if it's anything but dueling flyers or a 500 foot ride I'll be really, really upset because thats what you're telling me it'll be.
The newer posters know all. :)

jkoaster - Let me tell you why you (almost certainly) won't see anything close to what you have predicted.
Flyers - They suck. They're gimmick rides, and CP would certainly not build a 500' ride that sucks.
Dueling 500' Coasters - A five-hundred foot coaster would cost a lot of money. Two of them would cost an exorbitant amount of money - way more than anyone would want them to waste on one attraction. Dueling coasters are a gimmick, just like flyers.
