Any word or thought on a ride for 2006???

So this whole thing just gets more and more interesting. First it was "I want a ________ in/near _______" Now its "I heard __________ and this showed up here"

Only time or an announcemnet will tell.

could this be new haunted houses or new buildings. just a thought.

I have finaly caught up I have been trying to catch up since aug 10-11.

I will be soo sad if White Water Landing is removed. It is such a great ride and I have soo many good memories on it. It also sits on such a beautiful piece. If they do take WWL out I hope they don't screw up that piece of land and remove all the trees like when they built Dragster.

I agree TTD420. It's a nice family water ride where you don't get totally soaked. My kids and I love riding through the tree tops. It will be missed.

I think if this is in fact any kind of coaster, you WWL days are numbered right now and will probably be dismantled after the park closes for the season which is Halloween I believe. Also I wanted to point out, that when Millennium Force was being built they were pouring footers in 10 below temperature level. Thats pretty darn cold if you ask me.

It probably a water coaster.

I'd have to agree that its starting to look like a water coaster of some sort. With the (probable) removal of WWL, CP is sort of obligated to replace it with another water attraction, and I think a water coaster will be great back in that area. So long as they don't butcher the trees and keep the same type of setup as WWL (i.e. winds through the treetops), it should be a crowd-pleaser.

Of course, this is all hypothetical.

Wow, you see a flatbed with a blue tarp and jump to the conclusion that it's a water coaster?

Water coster would be intersting. Espically if they do it right. I'm gonna have to say no theming outside the station. We've all seen how that has worked. Theme around the station will it will matter and add dilapted building underneath or near it. This way they have nothing to lose, destory, or keep up other than the ride itself.

I hope to get there at least one day this weekend. Which ever look slike it will have better weather. I'll try to get some sort of pictures. Don't know what to expect with what T&T said about it being off limits. Probably just means no peaking under the tarp. ;)

Water Coaster sounds about right. I also think that CP can theme it because they have learned from their mistake or DT. As long as you keep it with the theme of frontertown, they should have no problem.
