Don't forget the ol' B&M X 3 rumour....

you mean the one that is just plain fiction? Oh yeah, that one...what's your point? Even if it was a B&M (I'll highly bet against it) there was no 3 contract. Anyone can claim it would be part of a contract even though it has been 6 years since the last B&M was installed...

Well, CP_bound technically one was installed last year at a CF park (Dorney - Talon). And I would typically bet that a coaster company would do business with the parent company of the park. Now I'm not saying I believe in this 3 X B&M thing, but just thought I'd correct you.

Well, according to my visions (which are, ahem, ALWAYS correct...), we should get an announcement 2-3 weeks after the emmy nominations are announced. Yes. This is how I have foreseen it.

...and why do I care to even speculate what Cedar Point is building from three little footers when I will be riding coasters this weekend and enjoying the season as it is? :)

I think I'll have better luck if I call Miss Cleo.

If Miss Cleo couldn't see her own indictment on charges of fraud and false advertising on the horizon, I doubt she can see what Cedar Point is getting for next year! :oD

oUluvDT2, the original rumor was for Cp as a park, not Cedar Fair as the company.

Has anyone else noticed that the people at cp's website turn off the power tower cam at night? I know some of you people claim seeing lights. Maybe they're hiding things.

The cam was on at this moment. There are lights but if you overlay it with a day image there is nothing unusual about the location.

Xcelerator would be cool, but I also think a really good super-duper floorless mega-looper would be really sweet. Either way, I'll be happy with just about any new coaster at CP.

Well actually I don't think that the PT cam gets turned off. To my knowledge it is the WT cam that get turned off. Every night I go on to CP.com and check the cams. PT's would say the correct time, But the WT cam always stops at like 21:39 or some weird time like that.

Jeff said "I agree that the park isn't going to fail long term, but they're not exactly making very good decisions right now. Hyper or not next year, I don't think anyone will notice given what's going on down the road..." I am thinking this is a little hint about CP next year, Jeff said that in a post on coasterbuzz. Jeff was talking about SF's not making the right decisions.

Now I'm excited! I kind of doubted that it would be a great coaster, but that makes it sound like this will be HUGE!
