Windseeker construction cam up!

^^Just saw that now. Like I said, by weeks end if they get the gondola together, we may be in good shape. Also like I said on your FB wall, I think it'll be done by then just for the fact that they have that Red Cross charity deal going on. There's no way they could host the event if the ride wasn't ready. You guys need more optimism!!!!! :D

Well they could technically just hold it off until it is done like they had to do for Shoot the Rapids last year. And the weather perked up today(despite high winds) as apposed to what the radar was showing. Lets hope the coaster gods see it fit to keep pushing the storm system more north. ;)

Would it be the coaster gods who made that decision for a ride like this? lol

The inner structure or whatever I guess you would call it seems to be in place...Good progress in one day I think :)

wow! check out the lights at KI!

And they can animate and change color it looks like! very freakin cool!

So far I have seen various forms of red white and blue...it appears that any part can be lit any color... i have to imagine there is a great deal of animation going on that isn't captured in the 1 minute still shots.

I can't wait to see this up 300 feet in the air with all those lights spinning aroung! Cedar Point Windseeker is going to have an amazing reflection on the lake.

^ as well as be a great visual looking down that corridor from the main midway...

I wonder if they can do Red Gold Ketchup ad graphics with it...

Not to mention the Wicked Twister riders will be looking up at us and the Windseeker riders will be looking down at Wicked Twister. :)

I wish I could have seen this...Anyone take screenshots of the colors/whatever testing they were doing at KI? I'll see it in a few days hopefully but I'd still like some stills

yes have stills but not knowledge of how to post them here...That's a great point about the twister riders looking up at that at night....I think this a good one for CP... I'm not so impressed w rapids as the new log ride....That couples ride this is cool... I wonder if any kids will figure out how to smoke dope in that breeze frontier sky ride stylee....

Also are people on WT able to look, when they're on the rear spike they're not going to be able to look right behind em, unless they are in the back in the spire when it spins facing that way. Same with the front really

I posted a few shots from last nights lighting of KI windseeker on the KI facebook wall.

Just saw them...That's really incredible. I wonder what color combinations/designs they plan to use. To be honest I thought the lighting package was going to be colored flood lights/ect. shining up the ride. This is completely different than I thought. It looks just...spectacular. Now at night riding this is it going to blind you. I would kind of love to look around, without seeing bright lights in my eyes hahah...any thoughts?

I wonder if the ride will have a single rider line? Depending on loading which I assume will be kind of like maXair, it could really come in handy.

That would be great if they had a single rider line. Hopefully I can get paired up with a really pretty girl while riding...lol. I usually go by myself since none of my friends are as interested in going to Cedar Point as me.

I will be suprised if there ends up being a single rider line for this ride.

It seems Cedar Fair has been using Single Rider lines a bit more on recent additions: Maverick (fail), Behemoth, Diamondback, Intimidator, I-305, Shoot the Rapids.

Looking at Kings Islands Windseeker it looks like the entrance to the line is split into two. I wonder if one will be used as a single rider line.

I usually go by myself since none of my friends are as interested in going to Cedar Point as me.
