I do find it funny how everyone on here thinks the only people that find out about this stuff are two webmasters on a fansite. Absolutely nobody else ever knows! There's no way possible that anyone else could possibly have friends high up at the park. That would just be unheard of.

Actually that's not what we're saying at all, but thanks for playing.

Here's the bottom line: those who know don't talk, those who talk don't know. Historically, those who knew and talked, never knew anything ever again in relation to future park investments.

I agree with Bill2. I would like to see Snake River Falls move to Soak City. I've never been on it as I do not want to get soaked, but it makes sense to be positioned in a water park when one can actually put a swimsuit on. I think they would have to put in in the camper village part though, unless they get creative.

Do you guys really want SRF to go? We will then only have 1 water ride.

Do you know how much of a pain in the butt it would be for SRF to be moved to soak city? Also a pain in the wallet. They would build a new one before moving the hunk of junk they have now.

Give Raceringer a break, guys. Obviously people who know do talk. Isn't that how we knew about Maverick a week and 1/2 before they announced it? People talk. Its not like he gave out specifics. If he is lying (not saying your not) who cares? We'll all find out in 2010.

What gets me is people who down on this guy even though he could be telling the truth. Who knows! You dont or do you? These message boards are here for a reason to say what you think. Rumor or not. Personally I like to hear all the different stories about what people think. So lets just keep the stories flowing and get ready for the start of another season at the POINT!

I'm not disbelieving you, but you have got to dish out some info before you can do that. Anyone can say they knew what was coming AFTER it's officially announced.

I know what it is. It will be perfect for lake gulls and bay gulls to live in perfect "harmony".

I know it will be fun to keep guessing as a new season approaches... and as the summer goes on if we see things appearing in the parking lot or things clearing out we will learn more! I can't wait!!!!

I probably should have been for detailed here. I did not mean move the whole structure. I meant the concept of the ride and maybe re-utilize the boats, pumps and filters.

However, we have seen parks spend much more $$$ and effort to move around rides. Phoenix at Knoebels and all the Intamin Bobsleds seemed to move much around Six Flags. Hell, CF may consider moving Big Skipper from GL some day. :) OK, that last one was a joke...

Simple solution here Race Runner. PM Jeff and ask him how to encrypt your message of what is happening. After it happens this can be published with your time stamp. I believe Jeff did this a few years back with an addition. However, it has been years since that happened and could have been someone else.
