Ah, but at least it's Swiss duct tape!

But if its Intamin Swiss duct tape then it'll:
A) Have to be replaced every six months, but only after spraying people with tape splinters
B) It'll be the worlds tallest and fastest duct tape
C) I hope all the maintenance guys are small, because workers of exceptional size won't be able to use the duct tape because they couldn't use the test roll properly.

Extended downtime for electrical reasons?

I wonder if this is something Cedar Point is working on with the ride itself or if it is the electric company replacing equipment for what would be the second time this season. At least, that was the cause for the ride's almost week of downtime earlier this season.

Did no one else find JuggaLotus's post funny? I thought it was pretty good. Usually someone says something like,"LOL JuggaLotus." Tough crowd.

Smoking Marijuana isn't a bad thing or even a good one, like everything else, its what you make of it.

Oh great, now people are interpreting, wrongfully, what people said only to comfort themselves.

So, what your saying is Cedar Point is building a 700 foot-tall coaster next year? And the Lions are going to win the Super Bowl this year? Sweet! ;)

I was around the Wicked Twister midway last sunday and Wicked Twister was closed all day. Does anyone know why? At first I thought it was because it got in the way of setting up for Carnevil.

Sorry about my earlier post. I didn't read the tread clearly. Wasn't thinking straight.

I wonder if they will have a different roller coaster open this Friday night if Wicked Twister isn't up and running by then. I'm only thinking this because Friday night already has most of the coasters closed, so maybe they will open something else to compensate for WT being closed.

WT isn't a Friday ride.. so I don't think there will be a substitute.

Rides available (weather permitting) on Fridays: Top Thrill Dragster™, Chaos®, Troika, Blue Streak, Midway Carousel, Raptor®, Cedar Downs, Kiddy Kingdom (6 rides only), Cadillac Cars, Matterhorn, Scrambler, WildCat, Iron Dragon, Magnum, Power Tower and Millennium Force®. All other rides and Camp Spooky will be closed on Friday Fright Nights.

I thought that it was a Friday night ride originally, I could have swore I saw it listed there, and I don't remember Power Tower on there from before... I could be wrong though. Could they have changed it?

Blue Streak is the ride they substituted for it, I believe.

WT was/is a Friday ride. Demon Drop is open in it's place.
