The 2004 season is officially over. Time for the employees to share some stories about their worst experiences with guests.
I had a lady almost in tears b/c she was too late to make the train leaving the frontier station and couldn't bear the thought of waiting 5 minutes for the next one. Some people just need to chill and be patient.

I have a few...but one of the worst is when this dude was line jumping..I told him to go back to entrance and walk around..and he pulled down his pants and mooned me...and then his girl friend flicked me off....LoL

(Worked MF-Fridays on Halloweekends, but always loyal to ZONE 4 BABY!!!)
I wonder how she would react to standing in line for the next train on Millennium Force. ("2 minutes?! Heck no! I'm leaving!")
Lets see... my favorites were people getting angry because I made them walk ALL the way back after cutting in line... happened a bunch on lots of rides I worked

I recently found a pointer to an entire forum dedicated to Quality Guest Interactions at Disney parks:
Funny stuff.
one of the best things I heard was at the entrance to MF. "When did they move magnum and paint it blue"

I've got two great ones. First one happened while it was raining. A lady said, "oh, there's an empty hanger I guess somebody stole something.' to which I replied "well lots of people just rip them off the hangers when it's raining like that. To which she replied "Cedar Point has some smart ass employees." Another thing that happened was some guy that threatened to "break my f*ckin face." Dude I work in merch. Geez it's not like I kicked the guy outta line or somethin.

Ok, worst guest experience for 2004. I really only had one. The first riders of the day at Mean Streak. They had this handicaped daughter. She had sereble paulsy (sorry if the spelling is wrong on that) but anyways, They had gotten an electric wheelchair for her from the front of the park (and started of the day at the back). This lady's daughter had trouble getting up the mean streak exit ramp since it was steap. I worked the photo booth so I was the first person they saw and she came yelling to me and I mean really yelling, cussing and all. I called one of my silver tags and she had to bring another wheel chair all the way from the front of the park so it was gonna take a lil bit. She was a VERY impatient person. She couldn't handle the waiting and I had to keep telling her over and over and over "ma'am it takes about 20min. to get from the front of the park to where we are now". She kept telling me how VERY Unhappy she was with this park, ect ect. Ugh, it was bad. But other than that the season was pretty good with the guests.
It's amazing how stupid people can be.

Smoking Marijuana isn't a bad thing or even a good one, like everything else, its what you make of it.
Being verbally threatened by guests was a pretty regular occurance in the Fright Zone. As was being punched, kicked, and pushed. Luckily it was the greatest job on the planet, so I didn't really mind. :)
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
Selling beer for $6.26 a glass wasn't the best of jobs at times. I'd get many ppl trying to use either fake id's, or military id's (which CP doesn't allow us to accept). Also the price of the beer didn't help much either. But then you get to meet really nice ppl sometimes, including ppl like mrscottt.

I had a lot of problems with guests who just didn't fit or were to short. Also @ Matterhorn Triangle, we had a ton of problems with kids who were to short to ride Matterhorn even though they could ride the year before.
