We are looking forward to this. We can't wait to see your wife's CP cake Mikeybo. My girlfriend and her 14 year old son are both great cooks and will be whipping up a couple of things.
Ahhh Dino and I have a show that night I won't be able to make up there for opening day. *** Edited 3/13/2006 10:43:55 PM UTC by Frank Sinatra***
I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day.

You will have to be in a motor vehicle to cross the Causeway.
Morte could always just go up to the chausee. Although that is probably adding a couple miles to the walk. Just make sure you leave early.

Yeah that would add a few more than a couple miles, but I would do it if it was the only way to get there. I could always hop on one of the buses from the hotels. Or even take the STS (Sandusky Transit Service). Either way, I WILL be there, even if I do have to walk all the way to the Chausee and down it. Of course the gate guard will probably give me a weird look, but hey who cares :)

That's a 10 mile walk - each way.
Yep I know its a lot, which is why I would MUCH rather find a way to get on the causeway. But I have done walks like that before, and at least the weather would be better than it is right now. (It just stopped snowing outside!)
But if I don't have to I would rather not :)

There are no pedestrians allowed, but what about bicycles? In most traffic laws, bikes are considered vehicles, not pedestrians, so unless its like a highway specification with minimum motor displacement requirements, you should be able to borrow a friends bike to ride to the park. Just get a really good chain for it.

Magnum still rocks.
Bicycles are not permitted either.
I guess he's gonna have to thumb it. I'm sure some PB'er will have read about his plight and give him a ride to the point.

All we have are 9 people going to the party? That is going to be pretty easy. I am sure there are more than 9.
And abz is correct we do need someone to bring tableware. But, we can use plasticware.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
