If the park does a rider auction with the Red Cross, like it has done in the past, with the new rides thoes winners will be the "first public riders" on SkyHawk.

I believe the "First public riders" are those individuals who are the first to ride after all the opening ceremonies are over. Just like closing day, who really had the last public ride on WWL before Tony and Tyler took over.

When they do the Red Cross rider auction, it is billed as the first public riders able to ride. Ben I will more then likely bid again this year. It is fun and for a good cause!

When I say first public ride, I mean like first ride open to Joe Cool/Resort guests after all the ceremonies. But whatever. I'll be there at the Magnum gate (really early hopefully) wearing my bright orange maXair shirt. I'll probably be spending most of my time on maXair and Skyhawk on opening day, so if you see me yell my screen name, "maXairian Mike", Mike, whatever, just say something. Oh, by the way, just in case there are a bunch of people wearing the bright orange maXair shirt.

I hope to be able to bid and ride before Dragster opens I will have to see when they plan on doing the ride. By the way Tony nice pic in the 06 map/attraction list.

Yeah, but you're part of the crew anyway, I plan on being the first of the GP.:)

Do you think getting to the park really early will help me in my goal? If so, what else do you think I should do, since you worked at the park?
And just let me clearify that I plan on being on the first train, not so much the "first person". I don't even care what seat or what row I get (though front would be good:)), just as long as it's the first train of the GP.
