Water Bombs on Maverick

The bombs were firing the entire time this morning, starting around 5 am.

I saw them still working not to long ago!

Ok working there in the photo booth I HAVE TO SAY LISTEN to the RIDE OPPS! I dont know how many times guest have come in complaing about lost Ipods and Cell Phones and Wallets. Please take heed to the warnings they WILL GET LOST!

On the side note The water cannons are freaken awsome

Wow, I can't belive I didn't notice them. I asked someone about them around 7, and when they told me they just started, I was like, ok.

It was working when I was there this week.

Is the steam in the tunnel working yet?

And does anyone know what is up with the "fire hose"? Sometimes it looks like it is on, and then it looks like it is off at other times.

Well, it's like this... Sometimes its on, and other times it off.

Well might there be a reason?

It's to keep the track cool, only they overshot it by a few feet.

I'm sure the track does fine on its own and doesn't need cooling.

I finally saw them in action the other day and I love them! They're a really nice addition to the experience, even if you cant see them from the train (unless you look to the side).
They really are a neat thing to witness when you're on the bridge.:)

Yes, the water bombs are running consistently. They were on all day yesterday and today. They're a nice visual effect from the midway.

Running great tonight. Timing could be sooner so that they are going off in front of you. The sequence more or less is behind the train.

If they set them off to early, the people in the back of the train would get wet and that would not be very comfortable. They mentioned that in the begining the trains were getting wet. I belive this is the way it was set up to begin with and that's why they had to rework them.
