Maybe they saw it on the CP page, saved it and posted it as if it's their own?

Considering the hour time difference between both being posted, I assume they saved the picture and posted it on their page.

The person that's runs the "Ok..." Facebook page is very involved with Cedar Point so I'm sure they had permission from the park. It's defiantly not some fan boy or something.

They did give credit to a Mr. L. Thomas. I don't think they have done that before on any of their 'insider' shots.

It is new management and as long as he doesn't post anything he shouldn't, I don't see the problem.

I fail to see the big deal when facebook flat out gives you the option to SHARE any picture on your wall. Now if you want to talk about the pictures that the person running the FB page is posting, then yes I'd assume he has had permission by the looks of it.

That tent is annoying....it also looks like someone took a big bite out of the top of the left side, perhaps Sandy maybe?

It is quite amazing that the picture from facebook was up almost a day or so before the webcam is showing them put it up. Or is this another section on track? Is the piece of track from facebook one that we cannot see? Is there anyone that lives out by CP that can snap some photos of the track or even the track that has been delivered so far? I'm a little far away in Kansas to do so.

Its the station track. Notice all the wedge-like features jutting out the top. Those will be the locations of the drive-tires and holding brakes in the station.

The park doesn't seem to know who it is. I assume if anyone running that page was asking for permission, they're not doing so wearing a wrestling mask and hailing from "parts unknown." :)

I see, they do look almost identical. The paint does appeared to be chipped, but it could be wet sand or something caused by Sandy. Any idea what the other piece that they put up towards the end of yesterday and now today will be?

^A Continuation of the station/brake run. I've yet to see any curved pieces so I'm "assuming" that's the way this is going.
