Good find steve, I think that if there is still rebarb around than they are not done pouring footers. And, that the coaster is at least longer, if not taller.

That series of supports that gradualy get taller interest me. Those look like supports that would connect to the two railed (no back bone) track pieces.
The 8 million dollar question of the week is:
Do those supports gradually(sp?) get taller, or are they getting shorter!!!
If they are getting shorter than I would venture a guess to say it is a brake run into the station, or trim brakes midway through.
If they are getting taller than I would imagine they would be for a launch.
Either way the station must be next to the WWL station, where all the footers are.

Yeah there's an insane amount of small square footers going up in that HUGE slab.http://www.pointbuzz.com/Gallery.aspx?i=4412
I was there today and another support was added to the "launch" and 2 weird looking supports went up by Perimeter Road that looked like "Y"'s. AND another footer was added before this one (the small one on the far right)http://www.pointbuzz.com/Gallery.aspx?i=4414 excpet the new one is taller(almost by a foot) than those smaller ones. We figure we might have something thought out.....but they throw curveball after curveball at us.:)

I am sure ya'll have figured on this anyway, but the small square footer with only 4 pieces of rebarb sticking out of it (located in the foreground of that last picture) must be for a light post or a lighting effect. Although, now that I think about it. It could also be for a fence, low zone barrier.

As manny footers as there are all over the place, i would guess that a larger support right next to a smaller one would indicate the coaster passing through itself. From the looks of even just the footers i saw when we had our last aerial pictures, we can probably expect this coaster to cross through itself many many times.

I could be wrong, but look at hte middle of this miday pic. Doesn't it look like box track? track couldn't stand like that if it were still 3 sided.

but then again, maybe everyone already saw it haha.
It's the camara angle, it's one triangle piece infront of the other, I thought it was Box Track, but if you look really hard, you notice it's just an illusion.

hahaha...defintely put a smile on my face, but yea the definition about the rebar kinda makes one scared to ride roller coasters. They keep talking about how all these things could go wrong!!!
I just looked at the Midwayvision of the staging area...how much track in length do you guys think we have so far?

Well, it's getting harder and harder to count the track, but based on the pictures I took, I think there is at least 60 pieces of track. It seems to me that these pieces are about 30' long. I'll have to take a Tape Measure with me next time.
60x30'=1800' (This is just an educated guess of course)
