I just wanted to start this topic to limit the topics such as "TTD closed" or "why was ttd not open" and such. You can say whether the ride is open or not and how it ran, etc.....

How did it do today? I noticed some really BIG black clouds moving through most of the day. Pretty sure it was down from what I could see on the cleveland cam.

I was there yesterday(5-17) and it ran all day and very consistantly.

Yeah while I was in Sandusky at Sandusky High School (like less than 5 miles from CP) there was some on and off rain. Then around 1:30 it started to hail, pour down rain, and lightning like crazy. That lasted about 10 minutes then it was just sprinkling on and off the rest of the day. It was also very windy. I doubt TTD was open much today.
I marked today, in my log, as half open and half weather.
BTW, this is what my operation log looks like: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v175/Dragster420/TTDOperationLog.jpg

Yeah I do...but the log really doesn't take much time. 10 minutes checking the funcoast and cleveland cam, 10 seconds marking the log and that's it. Then I get on here, make some posts, listen to some music, play Hyper Rails, coast some other coaster sites.....and that's pretty much it.:)

What you guys say is true dragster ran ok today I saw four rollbacks and it kept closing due to inclement weather.

Hey I'm good at Hyper Rails!!!:)
Besides, I'll eventually get No Limits (believe me I do want to get it) but right now I dont have the money. I have tried the demo and it looks complicated. Hyper Rails was for me when I first started it but I'm a master at it now.....except for when it comes to names and color schemes which I'm running out of ideas for every coaster that I do.:)

Actually TTD was open on Sat. the 13th. It was open for about an hour and a half. You should at least count it as half-a-day. It ran perfect that day as well. First time rider right here, simply amazing.
An hour and a half counts as a half-day. Are our expectations for this ride really that low that we want to count an hour and a half as a half-day?
I have no doubt the ride has been up and down all week. Next to Sky Ride, it's the most sensitive ride to weather in the park. It has been raining all week.
A hour and a half is long, but it would've have been all day if there was no rain. That's what counts.

Why was TTD closed so often this past weekend (19th-20th)?
It would close for about 20-30 minutes throughout the weekend. And, no, it was not due to weather, as Saturday was a perfectly sunny day.
Brandon
Funny thing - last summer I noticed that they would close it from time to time due to "weather" when it was sunny out with no wind...lol
Cedar Point - An adventure waiting for everyone.
Remember, the wind at ground level (especially in the center of the park) can be very different from what it is doing at 420 feet. So there may be "no wind" downstairs and good 30-35 mph gusts upstairs.

Saturday it had some problems in the morning, but after that it seemed to run pretty well the rest of the day.
