Ah yes, good catch. Not sure why my brain kinda ignored those. Guess it made the assumption that those were existing structures. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hawaiian Coasters 325:

lighting package?

This is #1 on my list of terms I hate to hear coaster youtubers say.

Sit tight fellas ;)

LSM should be installed after track is put up right? My understanding is LSM fins tend not to be happy in shipping when preinstalled? I know Mack doesn’t install their LSM components until track is installed on-site.

I'm struggling to see how LSM's have feelings. I mean, they can have magnetic personalities I suppose.

Your perspective on LSMs is very polarizing.

Promoter of fog.

What's confusing me, in the second picture it seems to show that the track the hydrolic launch chassy rode in is still on the tracks. I could be wrong, maybe someone else could tell me why that's still there.

THe second picture is the original track back in 2002 or whatever for comparison's sake to the new stuff

Thanks!

What I don’t understand is when the first shipment of track came back to CP, there were so many people saying it was Zamperla track and that it “confirms” Zamperla doing the project. However, the only track that has arrived (as far as I can see) has been the old Intamin brake run and Dragster launch track as far as I can see.

Also a bit curious about the off white vs. white portions of the “re-arrived” (is that even a word) track.

The 'off white' looks like a primer. Which is what you'd typically see at areas such as this where something is going to be field bolted onto the piece of track.

You mean right after “queue line”?

But before “Steve”

I think that was a misinterpretation. The track was shipped FROM Zamperla with some boxes that have their logo on them. That's different than saying the track itself is Zamperla. It's still Intamin track that has been modified for this re-imagining.

There was never proof that track came from Zamperla, those labels could have been on left over crates/pallets from wild mouse. Nothing shows a label on anything to do with TTD.

This is what I was thinking. There was one photo of a label that had a date from last September and it looked pretty worn, like it has been sitting out in the elements since then.

Yes! You read my mind, I almost included Queue Line in my list as well. Also, "Im not an Engineer" seems to be thrown around a lot too. That, and the way certain people pronounce Predick-ctions if you know what I mean ;)

Sit tight fellas ;)

It seems an after-market lighting package was responsible for the Ring of Fire to get jammed up for hours.
There. I promise that’s my last time.

Soooo… what’s the hate for lighting packages? I love them on rides especially if they give a fresh feel to a ride at night.

The brake side track is being re-installed

Wording of this tweet… Hinting at launch side being reversed after all? 🤔
