ok, I thought that you send your contract back to cedar point in the mail after you sign it?

Yeah, just show them your contract at the tollbooths and tell them your processing in. Then you go to HR, which is a small brick building over by Famous Daves.

I believe there are multiple carbon copies of the contract. I forget exactly, but somehow you still have one in your hand when you go to CP.

How do you guys work at Cedar Point around your highschool schedule? I'm planning to work there the summer after highschool graduation, but wouldn't I be missing the last month or two of school since we get out June 8th?

If you live in the area, then you can work weekends and evenings in May/early June until your classes let out, and then after June 8th automatically become full-time. But if you don't live near the park and will be coming to live at CP, then you'll just have to put down your starting date as June 10th (or as soon as possible once your school lets out). While they prefer applicants who can work the maximum amount of months, there are still a lot of people who get hired starting in June.

I have one more question... Okay so according to the emails I've gotten(which were all computer generated/Pre wrote), I can't email my CV and resume to the park until after february,15th '06. Is this a mistake? The way I'm seeing it is that according to what I've read here and other places You apply for the Job before January 10th, then you get a phone interview january 10th, then you 'hand in' your CV after February 15th?!

Why are 'internationals' treated so diffrently anyway? God the U.S. is such a melting pot.If it's this bitch hard to get a job down there I might just not even consider it at all.

I'm done ranting, I'm feeling much better now.

I'm not 100% sure on that one, but I think if you are 17 and are graduating by June of that year you can work on CP&LE until you turn 18.

The only people who are gonna say it sucks are the people who dont understand that they are going to be working so much and the people who do not understand how to make it fun.
