I did not hijack the thread, it was a spawn of something coolkid said. And yes, when I worked on the ride, you were not able to bring large items or basketballs on the ride. I was comparing six flags to cp because there is so much more that a 42" person can ride there because of the height restrictions at cp. So it had a lot to do with the thread "height limits".

And by the way, your looking like a really mature person by making personal attacks. How old are you? You just go on thinking that cedar point can do no wrong fanboy.:)

I am not a fan boy. I can list at least 5 other parks I would rather go to than CP. One of them being your sacred Six Flags parks. I don't care about the height limit because I'm 6 foot 3. Just because i'm not going to argue on and on for 5 pages like you about how CP sucks and doesn't cater to families does not mean I'm a fan boy.

Cedar point does suck when it comes to family rides. And if you read what I said, you would know that I said that I still like going to cedar point. Just not with my family anymore.I enjoy the coasters, but not how the park is being run these days.

You don't care...that's the problem. It's not all about you. Believe it or not, some people do care. Just because you don't agree, does not give you the right to come on here and knock the people that do.

Do I think six flags is sacred...hell no. But I do think they are a hell of a lot better than cedar fair parks are right now. I like busch and disney parks 100x better than six flags, but six flags was just the park I used as an example in this argument.

Not gonna argue for 5 pages? What do you think you are doing now? I was actually done arguing on here, but you keep popping back up and insulting me and carring on.

The reason you sound like a fanboy, is because you defend the park on almost any issue, no matter how right or wrong.

That's because you can't accept the fact that cedar point is not perfect, but you seem to praise them as being the best that there is. The fact is, when you get to as many parks that I have been to, and you see some of the things I have seen, your opinion of cedar point would change. That's where the "box" comment came from.

And you keep arguing the fact that cedar point has plenty for a family to ride together. And I mentiond six flags because they have a hell of a lot more for familys and people that are 42" tall to ride. Need yet more proof? Look here....

Not all SF parks have as many family rides as you say. I mean Gadv or Magic Mountain? CP definitely surpasses both of those parks as family rides go.

Magic mountain has 28 out of 43 rides that a family can ride...

Right, and how many actual flats does GADV have? They have coasters and only a few flats and then a kiddie area where it's mainly kids riding in.

CP has so many more shows and attractions than GADV has. They will surpass them in flats any day.

Great adventure has a dolphin show, a tiger show, a night time show on the water, and live bands playing in the park. They also have a country show that I did not get any pictures of.

They also have living statues and walking actors like batman and robin, And wonder woman.We seen so many when we were there, I can't remember all of them. They even had Mr six walking around.

And they do have flat rides as well. The have a pirat boat, ferris wheel, round up, houdini, merry go round,tea cups,jolly roger,taz twister, a handfull of kiddie rides, a log ride, rapids ride, dare devil dive,parachute tower, cable cars,and a sim theater.

The only down side to great adventure, is that they don't have as many coasters as some of the other six flags park that the fam can ride together. They only have 3 that a 42" can ride with an adult, BUT....they have 2 more that we can all ride together when she hits 44".

And they also have a drive in safari at the park as well. I guess you could file it under "shows".
