It would be pretty nice if MF and TTD could get a new coat of paint...and while they're at it they should replace some of the "christmas tree" lights on TTD...most of them don't work...

"Arms Down, Head Back, and Hold on. Arms Down. Arms Down. Arms Down. Arms Down." "OKAY I GET IT!"

The Christmas tree lights burn out often.

They do however spend their money on either the biggest rides or buying out half-butt parks like GL or Paramount parks.

Ummm...No.

The Paramount parks are actually wonderful...far from, as you say "half-butt"

PKD's coasters are LAME, they are half-butt. They need SERIOUS updating. Not to mention the numerous accidents at paramount parks lately. An incident on Volcano, SOB, etc- all legal problems that Cedar Fair will have to now deal with!

Well they're not the only parks having accidents. Disney had more accidents this year than all of the Paramount Parks. And I have a quote for that woodie if it was open like that. "Guranteed to lose your balls by the time you hit the station!" :)

What kind of accidents did Disney have? Some person having a heart attack isn't a safety issue. It's just a unfortunate thing. Similar things have happened at CP as well in the past.

Dragster really doesn't need a paint job at all! The coaster is in fourth year of opertation. Now Millennium Force, I could see that needed painted in a couple of years, but it still looks good. I have pictures to proove it. Don't worry about the "Christmas Tree Lights" they'll get it.

Shawn Meyer, I wish everyone on this board was like you. There's so many pesimist here.

That from the guy that started a negative thread about Geauga Lake.

Neither one really needs paint yet. Millennium could probably use it by the end of the decade though. Every 10-15 years is about right.

I don't know about you guys, but I would prefer them spend that money on more maintenance. Pretty paint won't make a ride run better. Also this is for a ride that you cannot see much track up close. Personally, I would have the section of track from the second tunnel to the unload station painted if anything.

At least Cedar Point has the means to actually paint a whole roller coaster, when they feel like it. Unlike some parks:

And to the point.

I was trying to say, I just care about CP not GL!

There are so many things I could say in this post. In fact, I typed a few of them in and then said "forget it". It's just not worth it.

Are you questioning what Geauga Lake has to do with Millennium Force's paint?

Yeah, I'm with ya. I decided that what I said or nothing was probably best. I mean, how else do you respond to something like that?
