Well, S:TE spends about 6 seconds on the tower, so this one will probably be 7 or 8. The launch of Xcelerator is 2.3 seconds, so lets say 3 for the launch. Then the break run. I would guess 15-18 seconds from launch to the first stop. Just an estimate. You also have your time before the launch and the blocking afterwards.

I think from the time you leave the loading station to the time you return will be about 1 minute.

SD2K's 50 million dollar price tag had a lot to do with its location. It had to be built to withstand earthquakes and typhoons.
