On a SA kick lately...

Hey.............I'm seriously pulling for a coaster other than a launched.Yes.............Cp dosen't have a launched coaster...........But to me..........nothing can beat that sensation you have slowly climbing up the lift hill...........the anxiousness...............the nervosness of your first time on it............I would rather go for a full out coaster. A new suspended coaster would be cool to wing out over the lake.......wouldn't it? And although the iron dragon is one of my fav's and always will be...............wouldn't a "taller and faster one" be awsome?!

I don't think............ They would add a coaster......... They already......... Have!

I think it would be in a giant ball and drop off the track at 200 ft and land on a giant trampoline.

Back in the twenties I think someone attempted to make a coaster that leapt the track. I think such a hare-brained idea might come into fruition soon, especially knowing people like Stan "what's-his-face" from S&S, but I doubt it will happen this year.

Well, I doubt that it is possible to get much more acceleration than Hypersonic XLC in a standard ride. From what I hear that is pretty intense. Not to mention from a safty standpoint.

But the other two (speed & height) GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

I still say its going to be a dual "superman" type coaster..just taller faster..and as cedar point does ever coaster they make..A HELL OF ALOT BETTER! Maybe this coaster...will be more or less shot out over the water?

Jeff has said that it woun't be like S:TE and it won't be the tallest, just the tallest and fastest its type...classic Cedar Point. They don't do prototypes, they just install a kick ass, record-breaking ride of the same type to "one-up" the competition.
