New Magnum Sign

I would rather have CP fix the queue before they worry about the sign. I was surprised nothing was done to it last year. I do miss the stormtrooper....but then again, I miss all the fun signs the park used to have.

Promoter of fog.

how about a huge neon sign "EAT AT MAGNUM'S"

It's in the Lost Cedar Point area of the park... along with the extra Maverick theming, and Millenniums Green Train.

I think they should just hide the entrance more then it already is because that means a shorter line! And only the ones that know where it is could ride it and the ones that don't know will just have to look!

What's the point? With 3 trains running, there is hardly ever a line anyway.

Also in terms of all these "hidden" signs and such... I think it would be awesome if CP brought back the Freeway ride appointment system, but only had one employee do it for 15 minutes at a time in the morning, but it would always be in a secret location so you could only get it if you found him or her.

That would be cool.

Well maybe not

Since one of the biggest complaints about the free-way system was its limited availability and that people didn't know when and where to get the stamps, I don't think secret stands are the way to go.

Goodbye MrScott

John

Why don't they use the same Q-bot system as Six Flags. (I can't believe I said it)

Why don't people just freaking WAIT IN LINE?????

And what does this have to do with Magnum's sign?

Higher-ups have said numerous times that they don't want o implement any system that benifits a small percentage while inconviencing everyone else. Basicly what they are saying they prefer is, first come, first served. They are promoting the VIP program, while before it was somewhat of a little secret. They only take a couple groubs a day and that benifits a very small percentage without really effecting anyone. They still get to skip the line, but it's not like there's a line of people waiting to skip ahead.

Yay for VIP! :)

Free way was fine, word of mouth spread and it was very convenient at some times. VIP seems worse sometimes just because only people that can spend that kind of money get to skip the line, atleast with freeway everybody at the park had an opportunity to get a stamp if they could get in line fast enough.

Although, freeway for magnum was kind of silly, line isnt ever that much of a bad wait.

If they wanted to do it right, they need to study the disney fast pass system.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I hope they stick to their guns on this one and not implement any type of virtual queue. Hershey didn't have a virtual queue system either and it's just easier and less stressful to do the park that way.
