is it just me or is it an odd coincidence that raptor and mantis both have small fresh patches of green paint? i mean obviously raptor was already green but maybe they're related in some way?

So I know this is kind of a long shot but it is something I have thought about for a while. Since the water rides in frontier town don't get much popularity, why not either get rid of them or move them to soak city? Then CP could do what KI has done and included soak city admission in with the park admission. That way it opens a lot of space for a big coaster on possibly 2 medium coasters. I know this is a long shot but I think it would be a really good decision or idea.

Also the one ride that they are missing is a flying roller coaster. So I think this is something they should add. I think that picture that Jason took of that "swampy" area could be a really cool area for it to be over the water and perhaps called Rougarou.

I think what everyone seems to be missing, is staring us right in the face. It is obvious that Raptor AND Mantis are going to be combined with added track to make the world's longest B&M with alternating trains. Train 1 will be a Flyer, Train 2 a floorless, and Train 3 will be a 4D experience. ;)

Funny how I mentioned myself wanting raptor repainted and everyone was angry and said how terrible and pointless that would be. Now everyone's like "OMG new paint? that's just what raptor needs! :O)

When I spoke with Jason McClure during the Coaster Campout we discussed and he volunteered that Mantis, Raptor, TTD and a forth coaster (I can't remember which) - all needed to be painted and were all going to be painted in the very near future.

He also told me they are having difficulty figuring out how to paint TTD which is why it did not start during the off season of 2013/2014. It has to be hand rolled and they were not sure they had a 400' solution for that.

Thank you Walt for pointing out the unnecessary comment on YOUR SITE! I cannot wait for the announcement because I believe that we're in for a surprise! Then we can all go back and look right here on Pointbuzz to see who's wishful thinking was actually reality! Lets keep remember who solved the Rougarou riddle and the proof is right here on Pointbuzz! I also made a few other hinted speculations that were scorn upon by long-time members...... We shall see everybody!

Maybe Raptor could get the new Banshee trains because some of those transitions are rough. I cant find a way to avoid the last one into the brake run.

IF Raptor does get repainted for the love of Baby Jesus PLEASE glue some damn bird spikes on the top of the support towers! That is all....
