Some of your shots are really good. Parts of that ride look even better in your photos than in person.

Mr. Kinzel has a son named Bart. Similar to one of the trains on the CP&LE Railroad being named Judy K. That's his wife, I believe.
Jeff Young
I think in this case it's just in reference to an old west theme, as in the guy named Bart on the Maverick TV show. Although, I think Kinzel's kids were named after them anyway.

^Is there any kind info to share after getting this opportunity?
Or thoughts?

Well before anyone starts complaining about the trims on the launch hill, keep in mind that the 70 mph launch is a lot like the speed at the bottom of Magnum's first drop. So if the top of that launch is shorter than Magnum's second hill, that's a lot of energy that has to be spent. Not only would you get ejected, but imagine how fast you'd go through the roll.
The roll won't be visible from the midway, but it will be partially visible from the Thunder Canyon queue.
There's a control panel in the tunnel to remotely do a launch in the case of rollbacks or whatever.
When the LSM's don't have power, they're essentially like the static brass fins and will act as brakes.

As far as the name Bart on the train, I was thinking when I first saw that, that each train would get a famous western name. Wyatt, Wild Bill, Jane...etc. Of course, the only famous Bart I know is Simpson. :)
I noticed in one picture of the seatbelt fastened on the train that there is a nice yellow line stitched across about an inch from the end of the belt.
At least it gets rid of the guesswork.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
Oh boy, that update was amazing. Thanks. :)

Someone in another forum mentioned "BART" as "Bay Area Rapid Transport" (San Francisco subway system). Indeed, Maverick is on Sandusky Bay, and it certainly qualifies as "Rapid Transport."
I like the Maverick TV idea, though, too.

That's just a rubber band.

Great shots.
The ride is coming together quite quickly, there is a lot more done at this time of the year than I thought there would have been. I am quite suprised that they are starting with the gunite sculptures in this cold weather I figured it would have been too cold for that.
The trains look awesome. Jeff or Walt, it looks like there is a lot of room between seats both side to side and front to back. Did it appear to you guys that there was more space than usual? Hopefully Intaride is allowing more room for "Guests of exceptional size".
Also did Tyler happen to mention why they were cycling Skyhawk?
