On windy days if you look closely at the track that curves up taking it from horizontal to vertical sways a lot, more than you would think to be safe but the important thing is that there is a support where the most force is applied. Since that beam is there, one to stop the swaying is unnecessary. No a ride that shakes a lot more than it should and actually looks dangerous is CCMR.
When Cedars goes I actually hope they use the area for additional marina parking and leave some type of tree or other barrier between the park and the marina. Cedars does a nice job of making the marina more peaceful now. Some more out of park restaurants or bars would work also, but I'd hate so see them install rides right next to the marina.
