in the future....

I'd just like to see them add a package of flats next year... some Huss rides, including a frisbee. More than one. Maybe a dark ride too, since they've gotten rid of all their old ones.
YES! A dark ride is the right choice for a new attraction. It could be very interactive with some laser shooters. They are a great family ride and they are still fun for a thrill seeker.

Coasta, they are building a coaster in Europe with a 95 degree drop, so Dragster will not have the steepest drop.

Wouldn't a 95 degree drop really be an inversion? Anyway, anything different than 90 degrees wouldn't be as steep, since 90 degrees is straight down. A 95 degree drop would be an inverted 85 degree drop, or that's what it seems to me.

Florida may have Disneyworld and Key West,
but Ohio has Cedar Point and Put-In-Bay.
It's great to live in Ohio!

So in other words we want a flying, floorless, 500 foot, 90 degree droping, 150 mph, indoor coaster? Did I get EVERYTHING right on? It will start next to Demon Drop and head all the way over to MF's first overbanked turn. Got everything right?

Hey Tom, whats this ride in Europe that you speak of with a 95 degree drop? Do you have any other information on it?

Thanks

the 95 degree ride is in called eurofighter or something like that go to www.rcdb.com and look in the underconstruction section...it actually looks lame and painful...the loop is almost a perfect circle causing unnessacary pain. this ride is gonna be another sad atempt for the europes to get in on the coaster buzz....its a sleeper.

all i gotta say is in 1979 125 was the tallest...in '89 nothing was gonna go over 200ft in 2000 300ft was awesome...now in 3 years later 420 is the new ride....we are only limited by our imagination or lack of.

and MM's Superman:TE IS LAME!

blah blah blah...SF is failing at being the XTREME park they try to say they are.....SCREAM! or as i like to call it...whisper? is not a extreme coaster....sorry off on a tangent.

i would love to see the first Intamin AG woodie in north america at CP imagine the seats of MFer on a wooden track..and think of it as smooth MFer...cause they are awesome!

I can't find Euro-fighter at RCDB. Could someone post a link to it?

Actually, in 1979 The Beast claimed the title for being the tallest. Gemini was in 1978.

What is most anticipated event of 2003? the debut of Dragster, the release of Metallica's new album, the release of Terminator 3, or the release of Matrix:Reloaded...tough call.

irys, it's not called eurofightER, it's callED Tsunami. Look in AmusEmEnt ToDay 4 info.

(SORRY ABOUT mY RANDOm CAPITAL LETTERS BUT my computER's BEING REALLY WEIRD)

SFMM did a good job at getting Scream! They literally have every other type of coaster out there, Now all they need is a Flyer to finish everything off.

I would like to see Cedar Point getting a 4th dimension coaster next year that way they could have bragging rights over SFMM in that regard, Floorless can wait because 4th dimension doesnt have a floor either

It's gonna be a long time before we see another 4D coaster.

Hey TTD, why is it going to be a long time before we see another 4D coaster? What is so wrong with X?
Didn't they have alot of problems with X at first???
Scott, yeah what TTD03 said. They were having a lot of problems, so parks will buy one once they get the bugs worked out.

What exactly was wrong with X, or 4-D's in general? They seem to be a pretty simple concept, I mean with the dual-track thing to get the rotation and all. Was there some kind of safety mishap, clearence perhaps? I could see how that would be a problem.

You know what, I'd like to rephrase my last statement.

It's gonna be a long time before we see another 4D coaster at a Six Flags park.

There. Everybody happy now?

Too bad they are so unreliable, it looks like an awesome ride. Living in Detroit it is not often I can make it to California to ride it. Oh well, I'd rather live just 2 hours from CP than be near SFMM any day.
Top Thrill Dragster...you're wrong. The coaster being installed over in Europe is called Euro-Fighter, but the model name that Gerstlauer gives it is Tsunami.

I would rather live closer to SFMM considering its closer to L.A and Las Vegas plus it has great coasters
Superman: Ultimate Escape, then why did Cedar Point build Magnum while they already had Gemini? Then why did they build Millie while they already had Magnum? And why are they building TTD while they already have Millie? They are different designs and not like each other. So why shouldn't CP go for 500 ft. I would actually like to wait like 2-5 years after a 500 fter is built and get a 600 ft coaster. But inbetween that time I would like to see a lot of other coasters like flyer, floorless, wooden and others. I wold also like to see alot of flat rides added.
