Dick Kinzel Called John Mclure and told him to reinstate his pass immediatly. John told my friend that he did not want to do it but did not have a choice

Ok please like dick Kinzel would want your stupid friend to have his pass back your friend was stupid and deserved to have it taken away and besides if Kinzel did ask John to give it back I find it hard to believe that he wouldn't and thats because he wouldn't because he probably values his job and wouldn't put it on the line to refuse direct orders from Kinzel just because he had a grudge against your friend and you said he said he didn't want to but didn't have a choice which would mean that your friend had his pass back and there would be no reason for this entire rediculous story ok done end of story you're full of crap get a life! K

You need to learn how to use a period!

I think she's using all of them up right now.

From what I understand, he did get his pass back. There was a misunderstanding, so to speak, regarding the severity of the situation.

You mean he didn't understand how severe it was to stand or even try to stand on a ride (other than mantis).

I think that "He got his pass back" is a bunch of BS. Don't believe everything you read on these boards. Except that water will be involved in Project 2007. ;)

How did this thread get six pages long over a seemingly made up topic? ^It will, maybe.;)

Actually, he did get his pass back. And the situation was apparently blown out of proportion.

Brandon

Well you should have just let the glasses go. If he got on the ride with them, then he got on the ride with them. I doubt that they would have come off if he let them on, I see people with glasses on all the time on that ride.

you know, hate is such a strong word

Were you and your friend in the same car? I can't see how reaching from the 3rd row of seats in a car to the 1st row would need either to move out of there seats in anyway.

I agree here. If they were in the same car, you can easily pass something to another person 2 rows back. Even if the seats in between are empty, one person reaches back, and the other will reach forward. There was no reason to do anything to draw attention.

The shirt situation is crazy as well. I know CP is "family friendly". But if I were to wear a certain shirt there many times with no hassles, and all of a sudden the park does something about it, I would be upset. They have been "family friendly" for years. So why now?

I have certain shirts that would be questionable. But I wear them to work all the time just to see who's buttons I can push! :)

^ Haha, not to get off topic or anything, but my brother has shirts like that from Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, and American Eagle. He's only gotten in trouble for one from Hollister, and that was at school. :) It wasn't even that bad of a shirt.

"That's one big MF!"
I <33 MF and El Toro!

I LOVE CEDAR POINT!

I agree that it seems that there was no reason to stand up in the first place. If I was that ride op, I'd have booted them out too.

Agreed with Jugga! Obviously this dude doesn't understand why there are rules. It is the fault of idiots standing up on rides and goofing off that ruin it for the rest of us.

I have no problem giving my 2,3, 4, and more if needed, cents :) at any park when I see stupid people doing stupid things.

If the guy in the front left his glasses on - and he felt that he didn't need to take them off - what is it any of the other guys problem to 'try and get out of his seat' to remind the person in the front. Let him loose his glasses - he'll learn. There are signs everywhere in that park - secure loose items!

Where did you get evidence to substantiate this claim? Certainly not from this thread, because the only person that said he got it back was the original poster... and the statement about Kinzel insisting that the pass be reinstated is such obvious BS.

Do you have knowledge of this incident that is not included in the thread?

Sorry to hear all this. Really sucks that they had to be like this.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

I must of missed this topic a while back.

After reading it over, it really showed how you have to be careful of what you say here at Pointbuzz. We don't except stupidity. The name of this topic won't go over well with many of us either. :)
