Did I miss something, or is Dr. Cleaver not returning this year?
It wont be returning this year. Palace Theater will have some TVs installed and I think a projector/screen too and will become a sports bar on the weekends. Another place to watch football/baseball games.

I am wondering why the Edge of Madness isn't listed as a family show? I didn't think 80's rock was that scary.
Not so much the music rather the sexual nature of the show.
The Peanuts Halloween Show and kids costume contest has also moved to where the hay bale maze was at.
I didn't want to start a new thread for this question, but can anybody help me out with some King's Island Hallowenn Haunt questions? I'm planning on going there the last weekend of September and was curious as to how busy it usually gets that time of their season. Also, would it be worth the extra cost to buy their Fright Lane and Fast Lane? I don't want to spend all of my time standing in lines and not be able to go through everything since I'm on a limited time basis. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most!

That's kind of disappointing.
If a Friday night rides list exists on that website, I couldn't find it after 10 minutes of looking for it...
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
The previous page of this thread had a link to a pic of the Halloweekends map. That pic has the Friday night list.
Edit to add it as a quote...

Here is a helpful map with all of the shows and haunted attractions on it:

^^^Agreed, that area looked so awful. If it looks this bad after 1/2 a season, I hate to see it in 5 years. Everything about that area screams low-budget amusement park from the cheap bleachers to those cream swirls that are in the way. While I couldn't have been happier seeing that big screen removed at the start of the season, I think the area might be worse off now.
Also, I'd suggest Cedar Fair go back to the 2011 Halloweekends website format before people actually see this new one; it's far too cumbersome to navigate and poorly sells the event to new customers. They failed at fixing something that wasn't broken. Is this the same company that messed up the GateKeeper stuff?

Maybe they did it on purpose because Halloweekends has been so busy the past few years. It's a conspiracy!! (and no, I am not being serious)
I went to the park yesterday and surprisingly The Edge of Madness and Carnival, a Sideshow of Magic were both playing. Both shows were great, but I have to say that overall, Sideshow was better. I enjoyed The Edge of Madness, but my fiance Renee thought that it wasn't very good. She felt that everyone was screaming over one another and that there were too many people on stage. I have some pictures and video from the weekend that I will post later on.
