I actually had a question sort of relating to this.... first of all I AM 21 lol...so don't jump on me for that! And I don't plan on getting out of control drunk ever, or wasted on nights when I have to work the next day.....just covering all my bases before I'm attacked :) Anyway to my question! If you are of age, is it ok to have alcohol in your room?? I'm not talking massive amounts, but like a couple beers in the fridge, is that a big deal? What about if your roommates are underage, does that change things? Thanks for the info!

You can only bring in 72oz of beer or malt liquor. So that's a 6 pack. No liquor at all.

Also, as long as you are 21 and you bring the alcohol in it shouldn't be a problem if your roommate is underage. That's not something you can really help.

just make sure the underage roommate is not drinking and let them know you will report them if you see them drinking. I don't want to be a rat, but I love my job and its a law. So far peeps have listen to my warnings..phew. Have fun, but be safe and smart about it.

I was lucky that my room was all over 21 but if I did have anyone underage then I would not even risk it by bringing it in the room at all if you ask me.

can't help it if you've had the alcohol in your fridge and someone underage...that you don't know is underage until you help them with their myspace...brings drinks into the apartment. She didn't stay in the rm very long after we told her we weren't lenient on that subject in the apt. We're all full time/part timers, I'm a sup and the others are team leaders...we value our job. But luckily right now all of us are older then 21
