Just let them continue to keep looking for it.

Everyone keeps saying "if it valleys". I don't see a problem with this. Honestly, I would pay extra to have it valley. It would be like wicked twister.
Anyways, although you and even me wouldn't see a problem if Gatekeeper valleyed because we know as enthusiast that these things sometimes happen. Now the general public who as quoted before thinks Magnum is sinking into Lake Erie might see this and think something went horribly wrong and Gatekeeper isn't safe, etc.

That was most likely because the general public didn't find it a big deal since non-enthusiast didn't feel like the ride was broken, which in a way it was. However if there was a shot of Gatekeeper valleying the public could think the new coaster is broken and just appears to have more wrong with it than Maverick did. Even though Maverick's situation was much more severe than if Gatekeeper were to valley.
As much as they think that Dragster is dangerous because you can find a video of it on Youtube with a train stuck at the top?
NOBODY talks about that incident. Or when Raptor valleyed a few years ago and I think there is the same logic at work here. 90% of the population won't even know the name of this ride when they show up to the park. A lot of people don't know that Cedar Point even built a ride this year. So no, I'm not worried that they'll worry about that one afternoon before the season when a train was sitting on the track.
They are likely editing the video to be released. Like Tony said, we will have a video soon :) or at least I assume it is a video.

Well.. they have managed to spark several pages of discussion on at least one enthusiast website simply by taking the cams down. Maybe that's why?
It's a nice intermediate step between the testing and being able to put out a produced media. It gets people talking and excited about it (and what better time to get people excited than in the last 30 days or so before it opens?).
Tony definitely get's post of the month. I know it's only the 5th. But, I just don't see anyone topping that. :-)
