Ever since CP posted that picture facing the seats while the train flies through the keyhole has had me wondering if somehow this is related to why the POV is being released so late. One theory it that's it's true that some of the seats will be backwards, and if the picture posted was taken from a POV of the reverse seats, the backwards seats would be in the front of the train and not the back. Another possible theory, which I've already seen mentioned, is that GK will have an onride video, and that's where this picture came from.

Personally I highly doubt that they will have seats facing backwards. In the latest OnPoint blog, they had the guest blogger talk about how he heard rumors of a "two train test cycle". In my opinion I think they are going to try and sync up the trains so there will be a point in the ride where you fly by the train that went before you. Almost as if you are going to collide with them. Who knows though. Thats just my personal opinion.

Just my opinion, I think having backwards seats would eliminate the effect of the keyholes.

^Agreed, plus we've seen all of the trains except one and why would they only have one train with backward seats?

Unless that's why the webcams have been turned off, so nobody could see the park switching some of the seats around. Like you guys, I highly doubt this is actually happening, but it's still out there until we find out for sure.

@ThunderbirdsMT I do not think that there is a way that they can sync up the trains to give that illusion. Only way that can happen is if they have two trains on the course and one on the lift and the only place to give that illusion would be at the spiral area. And I am sure that a train cant be dispatched before the other train is so far into the course.

I think the keyholes would be interesting backwards... you'd know they are coming, but not see them coming... suddenly keyhole all around you.

I highly doubt any seats will be facing backwards. Anyways, why would seats in the front of the train face backwards?!?! That would defeat the point. I would only sit in them if they were the very last row! I dont want to face anyone while riding.

The only place the trains could be relatively close to one another would have to be after the MCBR, although, unrealistically, it would be cool to have another train flying back as you are going through the keyhole.

In my opinion the best part about the keyholes is actually seeing them coming and wondering how in the world you are going to fit through without losing limbs!

Unfortunately there are likely at least two sects out there that would deem a discussion about unicorn mating as intersting: those that are obsessed with unicorns and those that are warped and like doing certain things with animals.

No, but discussing GateKeeper is, which is what we are all doing. Were not talking about random stuff like in your case "the breeding habits of unicorns."

Getting off work at 3:00 and driving out on the "Point" to see what is going on. I know it is windy and cold out there today. Will post something if I see anything new.

Did anyone ever think, for one second, that the train was traveling its intended direction, they just turned the camera 180 degrees to give the viewer a "reverse POV".

Some people are just grabbing into the air for the answers, when in reality... they're right in front of you. No hidden messages, just ride footage from a camera that is turned around.
