Wow, what a great first post. *claps*
Remember, this is a family-oriented site. Keep that kind of stuff out of here please.

Maybe some giant spinning breasts would revitalize the area...

Ha! Can you say Schwabinchen? I think that actually means "Giant Spinning Breasts" in German...

Total Maverick rides for the 2007 season = 27
Top 5--- 1. Maverick- 2. Millennium 3. Magnum 4. TTD 5. Gemini
Cavs- 2007 Eastern Conference Champions!.-
Moving it to a more prominant area in the middle of the park makes sense just because it was built at the front back when the midway ended at the funway station. It now offers a poor view of a warehouse and a parking lot. Move it, refurbish it and give some more spins at the top. Or better yet, replace it with something like this, or this.
Blue people fly sideways when it rains
Gibson Soft, Some people here are very uptight. You could shove a lump of coal up their butt and in two weeks you would have a diamond.
Welcome back.
2 weeks? Just hold the coal near them and it'll turn into a diamond just by being in close proximity.
And since he was referring to an old ride (which was removed to the chagrin of teenage boys everywhere), I say keep that stuff here and bring some more of it.
Goodbye MrScott

Sometimes being an activist for political correctness can back fire and mule-kick you in the face, can't it?
Haha, sorry about that. Yes I tend to be PC alot, would have kept my big mouth shut had I known.
I guess you learn something new everyday. :)

It's OK - Happens to the best of us.
Doesn't mean a guy like me isn't going to point it out, though. ;)

I will admit to a certain, ummm, fascination for the ride theme in my youth...

Why couldn't CP at least keep the statue of Schwabby, and put it in the Town Hall Museum... That way, generations of pre-(and post-) pubescent boys can appreciate her.
How does a park with a roller coaster called Teddy Bear, get to take that ride from us? I haven't seen if they kept the lady though.
Ripcord Crew 2002 / MF Crew 2004
CP should get a new Schwabinchen and add it to this area of the park.

She is usually on display during Halloweekends on the midway in front of Raptor along with the other "retired" rides.
Cedar Point, Americas rip- rockin', high flyin', sky defyin', record breakin' roller coast
^ - she was only on display once. Then she went to join the rest of her ride at whatever park bought her. She hasn't been back since (unless I completely missed her last year).
Goodbye MrScott
