Front Gate Destruction/Construction

I don't see how that'd help since there would surely be enthusiasts asking, every day, just when they're installing them. There's no wrong in hyping a specific date. Just don't hold everything they say as the gospel. They're simply relying the information that they received. Unfortunately, the weather got in the way.

Does it matter what day they do it? Eventually it is gonna happen.

They aren't going to scrap the whole ride or something just because of a few snow days, so lets not get super worried. :)

Dude they have a reason. It's not like they simply didn't feel like doing it. Or maybe they have specific guidelines about when they can and can't install something of that height

Well, I don't know about you guys, but my weekend was certainly ruined because something didn't occur in a construction project at a location that doesn't open to the public for several months...

It was indeed heartbreaking. Now I'm concerned it won't be open by the time I get to the park in August.

My only real intention was to feed you guys with more to go on and on about with construction being halted and all. Worked! I read all these posts for the entertainment. Sure I love coasters and Cedar Point and I am excited for Gatekeeper. But consumed with it as much as some are?

Well, that's disappointing. Just checked the weather for Sandusky, the next day with no rain, wind, or snow isn't until Sunday, and no work on Sundays, so make that next Monday.

Those factors could never impact Gatekeeper being done on schedule. Just read above!
