I think that they could be planning to put in a woodie there at the end of that spot they could have a turn around and they have a lot of service areas there that woul not be greatly affected. I can only Hope a Intamin Prefab would come. Because of Balder and Colossis I would not be suprised If the I deal came up and I am sure they can fit one in there because who would have thought TTD fit where it did?
I realize the space is small but I think Intamin can do it. Maybe a cable lift on a woodie?

I don't know how long Mr. Kinzel et al plan to live in their chausee house but if I were Mrs. Kinzel (or any of the other residents on that street) I would be concerned with how close a wood coaster would encroach on my home. That isn't to say it wouldn't happen, but I'd be a little cautious before ticking off my neighbors.

If this is true, then all I have to say is, wow.

I'm not sure if it is the real Cedar Point's or not.

They do have a drop ride like power tower though.
MiAdv doesn't have a drop ride.
And as for Demon Drop being sold off...NOOOOOOOOO!
Hopefully Demon Drop will find a loving new owner that will take good care of it and keep it in excellent condition. With luck, we'll be able to ride it again someday.

RCDB lists Cedar Point's WildCat as a 1979, not a 1972 as that is: http://www.rcdb.com/id20.htm
Additionally, it seems that there is a mountain behind that one.

What the?Why would they be selling the ride? From the listing, its working just fine. It has a very small footprint, so I can't imagine much of anything big going in there. Why sell it and not just move it somewhere elase? A ride like that would be great at Michigan's Adventure, as they don't have anything like that over there.
NO WAY! Cedar Fair needs to put something better than Demon Drop at Michigans Adventure. MI Adv could really use a nice steel roller coaster, not CP's rejects, they have enough of that already.
Cedar Point, Americas rip- rockin', high flyin', sky defyin', record breakin' roller coast
ok you guys are all missing the big point here!! It has been said that in about 50 years all the parking lot of cedar point will no longer be there and it will all be rides. WELL, there is alot of parking lot by the DD and im sure they wont be afraid to use it. Im thinking big. Its going to be a coaster. In- order to connect it to the park they need to get rid of demon drop and take away some parking. Tell me what you guys think about this.
