Christmas party version 2007.

Welp. If it's the 8th, count me out. I'm on for midnights that weekend.

Gameworks is in Auburn Hills, right off of I-75, just north of Detroit. Exit 84B.

Hahaha, right you are. Even if they don't have the private stock, plain ol' Captain is A-OK in my book. :)

Well hey, if we don't both make it to the Christmas party, we'll talk about opening weekend or something of that nature. Don't worry, we will hang out and put a couple drinks away one of these days.

While it would be good to pick a date accomodating for everyone, it's clear that's not possible (when is it?). To try and cater for the majority, let's get this into a vote and pin down a date. Choices are:

• 8th
• 15th
• either day is ok (translation: your vote kind of doesn't matter, but it's good for us to know you're flexible on dates)

On Friday November 9 at 2:59 PM EST (that will be 11:59 AM PST for me), we'll take the current vote tally and pick the date with the most votes. Once that's done, the date is set and there will be no changes. If there's a tie, we'll go with 15 Dec (to avoid conflict with GOCC's holiday party). Any objections/concerns?

I'm an "either day is ok" vote.

If you already mentioned your preferred date, please do so again - I'll only take posts after this one for the purpose of counting as a vote.

It seems we have a tie as far as dates go.

I am leaning to the 8'th because it's not too close to all the christmas madness.

Thats funny, I just finished off my bottle of Private Stock.

I am fairly sure that Gameworks does not stock this but I will check and if not I will bring a bottle or two for "frequent vehicle checks".

15th, granted on the way home from either party we can stop at Gameworks, but the 15th would be more flexible.

This will be my third or so, and I know you did it at least 2 years before that. So at least 5.

Yea, it's been a tradition now for at least the past 6-7 years.

How about if we have a party on the 8th, and the 15th? That way everyone can make it to at least one of them.
