I think I will believe Tony who says it's just not ready yet over some worker.

@cedarpoint Is Chaos coming back, or is it being taken out? I was disappointed to not see it running.

Chaos is all put back together again, I'd expect to see it running very soon! Finally I will get to enjoy some great tunes while roving the midways near Chaos!

Well, if I'm lucky, I'll get a few rides in on it this weekend. If not, hopefuly during CoasterMania!

It's not 100% together. There's still a few pieces laying around. But it looks real close.

I've never thrown up after being on a ride in my life...but man, I sure came close after the first time I rode Chaos. This was back in the day when it was still over by Corkscrew, around it's first or second season in operation ('97, '98.) Has Chaos made anyone else sick?

Has anyone noticed if Chaos has been operating yet this season? The two times I've gone this year, it has been down and no activity in the area. Yesterday the lights were on but nothing going, and a lot of the bars were proped open or sitting on the side. It almost looked as if it was getting taken apart.

According to the park, Chaos' off-season maintenance has not been completed yet. When it's done, the ride will be opened.

Just speculating, but it would seem they're waiting on a part or something, given that it's been in pieces for a while.

I stopped by there this weekend and it appears to be completely assembles. The lights are running. It didn't appear to be open to the public at all this past weekend.

Are the cars actually there?

Yeah when I was there Friday it seemed ready to go. Didn't look as if anything was in the area that needed to go on. Then on Monday some of the restraints were off and some where proped open with bars.

Hard to be completely assembled if the cars aren't there.

Thanks for the spelling correction. The cars have been on for a few weeks. There were just a few pieces including the central hub with all the lights left to be put on as of 2 weeks ago. During CoasterMania it looked to be complete.
